YYuwenyouThe room was clean and hygienic. Although it didn't have a private bathroom, the shower was spotless and well-equipped. The bathroom, laundry room, and drying room were all fully equipped. The living room was spacious enough for dining, and there was a charging port under the sofa. The only downside was the lack of space in the drying room for clothes, which I hope will be improved. The service was excellent, with frequent cleaning and replacement. If you left your room card in the room, the staff would help open the door for you, which was very helpful. There were also adorable and friendly kittens 🐱~

AAhmad Yazid LatifFor me who can't read chinesse, it't pretty difficult to find this hotel. Maybe you need to put a sign in english. And the owner bring me to Hangzhou police station to get permit stay eventough my document all clear. Over all, the room is pretty good just for sleep. And the most important one, it's pretty near to west lake with this budget.

GGuest UserThis youth hostel experience was fantastic! The vibrant atmosphere enveloped me upon entering the lobby. The colorful graffiti walls and shared tables and chairs were a creative touch. The space was filled with opportunities to chat and engage with friends from all over the world, instantly shattering the sense of familiarity. Although the rooms were shared, the beds came with blackout curtains, charging outlets, and individual lockers, ensuring both privacy and security. The bedding was clean and odor-free, and the bunk bed ladders were non-slip—all thoughtful details. The shared kitchen was fully equipped, allowing me to team up with my roommates to cook and share meals every night. The location was excellent, with a bus stop and a snack street nearby. The owner was friendly and engaging, and the Werewolf and city hikes he organized were super fun. The value for money was excellent, perfect for solo travelers or students. I'll definitely be back!

MM352559****Location: Great location, just over 200 meters from the subway, making transport very convenient. Cleanliness: The environment is very good, with a washing machine and a clean and tidy drying area. Value for money: Compared to several other places during the National Day holiday, this one was very affordable. Wi-Fi: The internet speed is very fast, and each room has its own independent Wi-Fi. Room size: The room is spacious and bright, and the air conditioning maintains a comfortable constant temperature. Soundproofing: The corridor is very clean with no noise at all. Room facilities: Each bed has curtains, a small lamp, and a small cabinet, offering excellent privacy. Bed: The mattress is very soft, and the pillows and blankets are very comfortable. Parking: There's convenient ground parking nearby. Service: The owner provides excellent service. There are also signs downstairs to help with luggage, which is great, and they even have a small dog!

AAnonymous UserActual Rating: 4⭐️ I appreciated that the male and female dorms were on separate floors, and that you needed a key card to access the accommodation area, washing area, etc. – it made me feel very secure. However, having to walk through the lobby to get to the washing area was a bit awkward for an introvert like me. Also, there are cats living in the hostel, so those afraid of cats or allergic to cat dander should be aware! Hygiene: On the positive side, the toilet and washroom are separate, and the shower area has a wet-dry partition, which helps prevent clothes from getting wet. On the downside, the waterproofing sealant was a bit yellowed and moldy, and there was a blood stain on the mattress… I was only staying a few nights, and the sheets looked clean enough, so I just put up with it without asking for a change. But if you're a germaphobe, you might want to reconsider. Service: The front desk staff were incredibly friendly! The aunties (staff) and my roommates were also lovely, everyone was very kindhearted ❤️ I tend to be a bit forgetful and ask silly questions, but they patiently answered every single one 🥰 So, overall, I still highly recommend this hostel!!! Facilities: Very comprehensive. The lobby is spacious, and there are separate study rooms, recording studios, and washing areas. Environment: Not bad. It can get a bit noisy occasionally in the surrounding area, but it's generally quiet during resting hours.

GGuest UserThe environment is clean and not crowded, with daily tidy-ups. The bed is soft and comfortable, and storage and toiletries are all provided. There's 24-hour hot water and individual lockers, ensuring a full sense of security during your stay. The lobby's common area is great for hanging out, with board games and plenty of space for chatting, making it easy to meet fellow travelers. The front desk staff are warm and patient, and will thoughtfully recommend local travel tips to help you avoid tourist traps. For just a hundred yuan, you get a perfect experience – clean, safe, and welcoming. If you're on a budget or doing a short-term stay, you can't go wrong here. It's definitely the top choice for accommodation in Hangzhou!

GGuest UserI highly recommend Jianzhierqi Binkang Road Hostel. The hygiene is absolutely impeccable! Rooms are cleaned and disinfected daily by dedicated staff, and bed sheets and blankets are changed after each guest, with no odors or stains. The beds are clean and soft. The tables, chairs, and sofas in the common areas are frequently wiped clean and new. The bathrooms, with their separate wet and dry areas, are spotless and have no hidden corners. The washbasins are clean and dry, and the smart toilets are a thoughtful and hygienic touch. Lockers, hallways, and common areas are disinfected daily, and ventilation is excellent. The attention to detail is remarkable, making for a very safe and worry-free stay. It's excellent value for money!

SSeraphineNoelleThe address in Amap was completely wrong, so I struggled finding the hostel. I had booked it because of the metro being nearby, which was not the case in the end. BUT, this made me a new local friend who showed me the way, so it turned out well. It is situated in the main area, so to get anywhere, you'll walk through the hustle & bustle, but it's in a calm street, so you don't have any noise inside. Some of the staff spoke English or used translation tools, but not all of them. But they were very kind. Also, it was cheaper to extend directly with the hostel and pay them instead of rebooking online. I met some really amazing people in my dorm, which also added to my Hangzhou experience. The WiFi sometimes didn't work so well, but that's just very usual in China I find. They have free (mostly hot) water, and you can also buy water bottles from them.
