"The location is as good as it gets. Right beside the night market, also where most of the mini buses from other cities will stop.
The rooms abs beds are basic but clean. Power outlet, air conditioning for the room and good room lighting. No privacy curtains or individual lights. The lobby is a tour business so there are tables you can use as a common area.
The price is right - won't find cheaper for this location. The bathroom is a bit challenging.... there are enough toilets and in theory a few showers but only one has working water heater... it's also the only sink. And the floor is constantly flooded. It's bearable but not great and would be a problem if this place was full of guests.
Aside from the bathroom situation it was fine and you won't find anything cheaper than this. I think it's okay for a short stay."

WWattobyteLocation is SUPERB! Strongly recommended, close to anything in walking range. Also located at the entrance of Night Market 0 m. and flee market like 1 m. away! So you can find the food nearby.
Also the hotel ground floor is a homemade homemade bakery, one of the best bakery in town, including nice coffee .
Hotel is clean room is big enough out of facility is good. Have Netflix and YouTube in the television
Great breakfast, however, is a selected from the menu, but the portion is big enough, full, and include coffee and fruits plate. Tasty!
In conclusion stay here is very good. Recommend it and worth for the money.

MM35013****The newly built guesthouse is clean and refreshing, with convenient amenities. The location is excellent, very close to the main attractions of the old town. Right outside the guesthouse, you can witness a grand procession of monks collecting alms, a truly captivating experience amidst the surrounding numerous temples and rich religious culture. The staff are very welcoming and provide prompt service; they speak English and basic Chinese.

Rooms are good with the price, nice shower, excellent toiletries especially local mint tooth paste. Bathrobes are provided. They provide local Tea bags in the room. We didn't use A/C because the weather in December is cold enough to sleep. Breakfast is delicious with fresh ground coffee, noodles, Signature Luang Prabang Salad Dressing, fruits, pancakes and yogurt. Friendly and helpful reception and F&B staffs. I stayed 2 days and love the experience.
Need improvements - a better quality hair dryer, Rules and Regulations paper put in the room are a bit dusty, need to refill the tea and tissue when room cleaning.

GGuest UserI stayed at three hotels in Luang Prabang, and this was my absolute favorite! The house was absolutely gorgeous; I fell in love with it at first sight when booking, and upon arrival, I found it to be exactly as pictured – a dream room! It's very close to Legershroud and Wat Xieng Thong, making it incredibly convenient. And because it's not on the main street, but rather on the side near the Nam Khan River, it's very quiet at night. Opening the window reveals a stunning river view, incredibly peaceful and comfortable. The staff were also incredibly nice and welcoming; they offered a welcome drink upon check-in, and the breakfast was delicious! If I ever come to Luang Prabang again, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

GGuest UserThe room was clean, but even though I entered the password as written, I couldn't connect to Wi-Fi at all, so that's my only complaint. Breakfast was delicious! I ate porridge. The location is very good. The photo shows the surrounding area.

GGuest UserIt's ok for solo traveler. The slow and limited wifi was never fixed as promised I realized that it was slow probably because the staff is obsessed with their phones, unsure if it's games or whatever. The owner said they've been open for 6 months, staff is young and polite but are inexperienced and focused on their phones even when dealing with my requests or questions. The thin pads on the bed platform is uncomfortable , walls are thin and music can go on pass 11pm.
Also Trip.com algorithm seems to keep changing pricing, the p4ice is different if I'm renewing vs launching a new search, irritating and annoying.

RRikitoiLocation is quiet far from the city centre. A little pricey for what you get, I think in general accommodation price in Luang Prabang is higher. There is a loud Chinese music in the morning which made it hard for me to focus on my work. Also, the main door was closed when I need to go out early morning, not sure if that is always closed at night! Overall it was a good stay!

Aafra224The location is easy to find, just across from the King Memorial Park on the road. It's also quite quiet at night, not noisy at all. The bedding is good, but the water from the water heater isn't hot enough, and the door lock is an old-fashioned one that makes a loud noise when opening and closing. Either I'm disturbing my neighbors, or they're disturbing me. The place is very clean. I initially planned to stay for one night and move on the next day, but I felt comfortable enough to stay another night. It's a bit of a walk to get to the attractions, with the average distance starting at 1.5 kilometers. If you're too lazy to walk, you can always hail a tuk-tuk at the door. There's a motorcycle rental shop next door, and theirs are in good condition. There's a supermarket about 100 meters away, which is also convenient for shopping.

GGuest UserIt's more comfortable and better than you think. There's a separate partition door like a capsule. If you travel downtown from here, all the famous attractions are 15 minutes away. The city center is small, but you can see the night market, morning market, and alms-giving.
