"It was a breeze to book the hotel. Details were provided promptly to register yourself before they provide the passcodes to enter.
Note that there is no staffs in the hotel. All communications are strictly via WhatsApp and email. Helped a Chinese national to contact the staffs as she has no WhatsApp account. So for foreigners, please note to get the registration done earlier to avoid not able to enter into hotel.
Capsule is quite clean but has a bit of smell. Toilet is ok too. All in all, you get what you pay for."

Have a short stay here, forget to take photos of the room. Location of hotel is good, able to take grab easily.

GGuest User(+) Location was good, away from the crowds yet walkable distance to main sights. Bus stop for the free CAT buses is just behind. Easy self check in. Room was nice - comfortable beds & pillows, toiletries and towels provided, there's a lift, and the water dispenser on the ground floor was a bonus. Toilet was clean, shower and drainage good.
(-) There were ants in the room. Walls / windows are not sound proof - could hear conversations next door very clearly and rubbish truck comes at 11pm every night so your sleep will be disturbed. Aircon was leaking but thankfully still working. Fan and TV werent working, but not a big issue.

Iisaac_isacWith the economic price of the hostel, it gets everything including shower (not too hot water), room with air cond. (not very spacious) and a simple free breakfast (only toast with jam/butter & watermelon). Good for backpackers and sth need to know in advance: no shoes allow walking up the stairs to rooms (no lift). Hopefully the cold water section of their water fountain will be fixed, so people can have free cool drinking water without buying bottles.
The staffs were nice and got recommended to try mee sotongđ

Sshihab25I had an excellent stay at Sembilan Inn by Soft Loft. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is great and easily accessible, making it convenient for getting around. The service was outstanding â the staff were friendly, polite and always ready to help. All amenities were well provided and everything worked perfectly. A fantastic choice for solo travelers and great value for money. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy, the bed is comfortable to sleep on, the bed is 1.2 meters wide, the beds are clean, the female dormitory has a bathroom, which is convenient. I was in the off-season, there were 8 beds, 3 people stayed on the first day, and I stayed alone for the next two days. I like clean and quiet here. I live in the middle room upstairs. There is no noise, no mosquitoes. There is a water dispenser in the small kitchen behind the first floor. You can drink water, which is very convenient. The air conditioner is OK, all are new from Midea. You need hot water to take a shower, and you need to turn on the power. Pay attention to the air conditioner, which is also controlled by a power switch. There is no front desk, so contact the store email in advance.

NNursazila AsikinYou have to pay an extra RM20 for one youngster to share a bed with the parents. My son is only four years old. No towel. The mattress is very spongy and not comfortable at all. It was noisy at night, and I heard something walk across the roof. Monkeys? Rats?? The owner was pleasant and attentive.
