GGuest UserKoh Trinh is a wonderful guy. The best person I met in Saigon. He helped us with a short stay before we checked into his hotel and was very prompt in responding to our requirements. The Aparthotel is located in a modern apartment complex with most modern amenities and high level of security. Many Aparthotel operators have hired rooms and are selling these as room stays under different brandnames. One of these is Saigon Authentic Apartments. Koh's great hospitality is praiseworthy. The room itself is thoughtfully furnished, and has all the wherewithal to make for a comfortable stay. Ideal for couples who want really good value for money. Located within walking distance of city centre and main market this is a home away from home. Strongly recommended. Thank you Koh for your wonderful hospitality

GGuest UserClean. Sophisticated. Reasonable. Located in Japan Town Saigon. Japanese technology, Scandinavian aesthetics. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 💯 I booked for a week with a different hostel only to find out when I arrived that apparently it was cancelled and I have no idea why. So at 3am, I'm scrolling Agoda for a place to stay. This branch allows 24-hours check-in and has available room at that time. So thankful they took me in even though the night attendant pointed out that my passport and Agoda account didn't match. I excluded my second name when I created my Agoda account. So I had to show him my account in my phone and the notifications I received for the booking. Thanks GrandmaLu! ❤️

GGuest UserVery well located homestay ! close to the bus station Bến Xe Buýt Sài Gòn - Lê Lai - Phường Phạm Ngũ Lão (GA HKXB Sai Gon-CV 23/9 Lê Lai) with the 109 bus from the airport. Team very kind, speaking English and ready to help. Many restaurants and supermarket around. I like the roof, where i can have lunch and take news from the Geckos :-)

DDii goSafariI really enjoyed my stay at Pin Poshtel. Jino and the other guy at the reception they were really nice and friendly. The location is great. It’s very quiet and near all the tourists places in HCMC. They helped me to do my laundry for free and gave me a farewell gift. As a small business they were affected by the pandemic on and off lockdowns . They are finally recovering. Hopefully soon they can renovate the rooftop hangout. There’s no much social activities going on but for me it was great because I get to have a good rest after long trips . You get your own locker , padlock and a clean towel : )

GGuest UserI loved staying here! The woman at the front desk is super kind and helpful. As soon as you arrive she will show you a map of the city and tell you exactly where everything is, prices, hours, how to get there, etc. There’s also free water in the lobby, and you can go on tours through the hostel as well if you want to. The water for showers doesn’t get very warm, but honestly it felt really nice taking a cool shower after being out in the heat and humidity anyway. I would definitely recommend staying here!

GGuest User12 people forced to evacuate our dorm due to a disgusting bed bug infestation. Staff were aware of the infestation the day before and did not inform any of the guests. When we found out (from other guests, not the staff) it was 11:30pm so there was almost no time to book a new place for that night. We were not offered any solutions other than to ‘sleep in the beds with the bugs’ or leave and find somewhere else to sleep ourselves. The manager sent her boyfriend over when we wished to speak with her, and the boyfriend was hopeless. He did not work there so had no authority to offer us any refunds/ solutions. Not been refunded nor reimbursed for the other hostel. Staff did not seem to take an infestation like this seriously. My boyfriend and I covered in bites. We have had to wash all of our clothes but not convinced we are rid of them since we are backpackers and they could be in our bags too. Avoid!!!

PPhanGood location. However, the service is very bad. I stayed there for 3 days and only asked for room cleaning on the last day. I started telling the receptionist that my room needed to be cleaned. After a few hours, I returned to the hotel and was informed that the room had not yet been cleaned. I'm fine and polite. In the afternoon around 2pm, I went to another receptionist and asked for my room to be clean for the second time. They said ok and asked me to return the room key. I went out for 3 hours then came back and was completely shocked when they didn't clean my room. They said the cleaning staff was busy and kept blaming others. I asked the manager to contact me for feedback but they didn't give me one either. It's not quite a standard hotel service.

WwanderawrQuiet hostel situated in the backpackers’ area of district 1 in an alley full of several other hostels not far from the nightlife of Bui Vien. Originally booked 4 nights at Long Hostel, but after a mistake on Expedia’s part, I arrived at 1am with no confirmed booking. The staff there directed me to Khoi Hostel directly across instead, and I had a pleasant experience with no complaints. I stayed in a private double with en suite bathroom that was clean, larger than expected, and included AC, fan, mini fridge, and reliable hot water for the shower. There was free breakfast every morning and the staff helped me arrange tours for the Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Delta, both of which I thoroughly enjoyed. Overall I had a great stay at Khoi Hostel and am quite happy I was sent there after my original booking didn’t work out.
