πΎπ Must speak about their Hospitality and their treatment. Just Wow, Wow and Wow. Restaurant to Lobby to Security all has a smiling face and ready any time to help you. Exceeded my expectations because a place like a small three tier industrial city and the service and food they are providing is out of the world. Hotel is aged old but the behavior of the staff is balancing. Really had a great gala time. Just a con : WC Flush needs to be changed immediately. Its too old. Rest ππππππ. A star Hotel in all category.

A real time enjoyment we have after a long time . The entire family was staying with three rooms . Full fun in restaurant. Had late night ice π¦ creams . Awesome Puff with too good coffee β . Fresh Mutton with Dosa . Must compliment their hospitality. It's at its best . Place like Hosur having this quality of hospitality with standard maintaining. Hats off to the person who is controlling the ***agement. Best part you take a cup of coffee sat down in lobby and can spend time with the ***ager there with varieties of discussion. Great Going TGI.

Best the best and the best . The behaviour of the staff is mesmerising. In Metro City you will not get this type of service. Positive energy every where . All will welcome you with Namaste and with smile . π. In TGI Grand Fortuna Hosur you always feel very relaxed family orientated and excellent behaviour. They will make you feel it's a home away from home π‘. I always visit once with my wife whenever I get time . Just to be with these positive staff . Very very well trained .

Very nice rooms, and food is top notch. Located in highway and very nice location for family. Khavya guided us very well. Highly consider for future endeavours. Shibhu taken care of food part very well. Enjoyed the stay, highly recommend for others.

Wow π€©π² the best food π² we had in TGI. Fish π ππ finger with Tartar sauce with so so yummy π. Dindigul Biryani made by Chef was too good π . Staff behavior and specially all ***agers behavior was toooooooo good π. Very polite. Bipul and Khavya in Front Office went out of there way to help us in finding our route towards Bangalore. All and all we are coming back whenever we will pass Hosur.

Tooo good experience we had . Staff are very polite and food is ausumn . Staff behaviour is the main USP of the hotel . ***agers are well trained and response very quickly. will come back soon. Special mention Sangita and Nai Monisha in Restaurant.

I checked in at 11:00 PM and found the pillows was not clean, the used towel was rolled and kept like a new towel in the bath room. I dont want to create noise in the night. The next day toilet flush was not working and the plumber came and attended in 15 minutes, During Lunch they had kept an non veg meal to me where i had ordered a veg meal. Totally a disappointment and not good for the cost that we are paying. High level of non cooperation and no communication within the team member in the Hotel. I would strongly suggest for companies and corporates not to stay in this hotel.

The room was neat and clean,everything in the room were kept in suitable place,the bed was clean,all the furniture were un good condition,the food provided also good,the restroom facility was neat and clean,the heater also works good and everything I experienced was excellent...
