Best location and best hotel in Dadonghai Sanya. direct tunnel walkway to the sea from hotel. Spectacular breakfast with western and Chinese flavor. even picky eaters will walk away with full belly. Room is spacious, modern and with breathtaking views of the sea. Be sure to get the sea view room with breakfast. it's worth it. Hotel staff is good. if you have any questions or problems ask for manager Jim . he is the best in hospitality and service. the hotel has two swimming pools. one for kids and one for adults on top floor. it would be even better if the pools are heated and the have a jacuzzi by pool area. Hope they keep up the good service, strive for even better and be prosperous.

Overall satisfied with the hotel. Room is big, clean and bright with partial seaview and a bathtub at the balcony. Walking distance to First Market and Wang Hao Supermarket. Our butler Kiki was extremely helpful, she assisted to call and made reservation for our helicopter ride as the nearest base was closed unexpectedly. Breakfast was nothing to shout about, with local and a little western style, freshness of salads and desserts could be better. If you don’t mind a hotel without beach front but conveniently located, this is a good choice.

During our stay at this hotel, we were very pleased with the service provided by butler Xiao Zeng! Not only did he enthusiastically recommend local cuisine to us, but he also offered us many useful travel tips. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation, making our travels more convenient. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay, and we will definitely choose this hotel again next time!

I recently stayed at four seasons hotel sanya and waiter number 9 was very helpful and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional cleanliness of the hotel, thanks to the hardworking staff! The room was spotless, and the attention to detail was impressive. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job of ensuring everything was tidy and sanitized. I appreciated the extra efforts they made to ensure my comfort and safety. Their dedication to cleanliness is truly commendable. Kudos to the entire housekeeping staff for a job well done! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a clean and comfortable stay.

I stayed only one night at this hotel and I took advantage of at least two gifts which were offered; one was a 10% discount at the spa within the hotel, and the second one was free pictures. Although those guys ripped me off as I had to add extra money to get the other not so nice pictures but I liked a few of the photos they took anyway(the last 3 pics were taken by them). My room was on the 5th floor and the staff helped me get my bags to and from the room. Breakfast was also good. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again if I am to visit Sanya in the future.

We have been at different hotels in Sanya during the last years but since the time we discovered Marriot Sanya Yalong Bay we were so delighted and since that time we always come back. This time during national holidays it was not the exception on how a fabulous time we have spent during our 4 days stay. All the hotel maintenance is great, we love to spend the day between ocean and pool area and for that Fish bar restaurant is a spot we like a lot, around 6 PM q couple of great foreign singers play some amazing covers. Marriot Yalong Bay never disappoints us!! The first thing that attracted me to this hotel was the affordable prices compared to other nearby luxury hotels. It was definitely one of the better deals, and you get a very satisfactory stay in return. Everyone was very welcoming and helpful, including the front desk staff, bellhops, bartender, cleaning staff, waiters, and various other encountered staff (knowing a little Chinese helps). A staff member kept in contact with me through Wechat with its built-in translation tool, answering any questions, helping with any request, and making sure each day remained a satisfactory experience. I would like to give a special compliment to Zoey, the front desk staff member who was of great assistance; she deserves a promotion! Also, praise to the friendly and hardworking cleaning lady that is assigned to building 3, floor 5 (I don't know her name); she also deserves a bonus! The room itself is cozy, comfortable, and clean. Room service is smooth, it is very convenient to take care of any living necessities, and the pools and beach are a short walk away. There are no complaints that I have in regard to my stay. My biggest highlight is definitely the big bathtub! My only suggestion would be a single foldable lounge chair for the balcony, allowing for a person to lay down outside or for sunbathing, so it is not needed to always go to the public sunbathing areas.
