Natalie BAUMANIS, Guest Experience & Brand Quality Manager is a great help during my stay. All of the employees are very friendly and kind. It opened only two months ago, so it's brand new. The food in restaurant is awesome and the price is very reasonable. It is located in the center of the city. It is very convenient for us to visit downtown and all the tourist attractions. It had very modernized room. Air conditioning is so powerful, the beds are so comfortable. There are so many outlets that I can charge my cell phone and all other electric devices. Amenities are in good quality. I highly recommend Novotel bkk. I definitely want to visit here next time. Thank you all Novotel!

This place is very centrally located. It has a casino within the building and a basement walkway to Nagaworld 1. The walkway is lined with duty free shops. Breakfast is excellent with many choices. The only set back we had was our bedroom. Every 15 mins, it makes a loud noise like the air-conditioning is going to break down but we had a good view of the river. Overall, we love this hotel. Will definitely come back again.

Don’t typically stay with the Hyatt Brand, but the Hyatts in Asia have been amazing! The room here was great. It’s wonderfully located - near the river, the Palace etc. That’s not the reason for this review. This review is for the STAFF. We stayed here 12 nights and each day we were met with a collection of sweet smiles. Wish we learned all their names but are glad to have connected with a few: Daily breakfast buffet were with the lovely Seavyoung and shy Srey reap - thank you for taking such wonderful care of us each morning; Sotheary was our lovely lunch companion; Sopha, a sweet little thing from the Attic; Yem from the Regency Club, thank you for our bottomless Prosecco; Dinner Staff from 55, lovely Leakana and her team; Last, but certainly not least, Fariza, sweet darling, thank you for singing us romantic songs; Eric,one of the managers, love your contagious energy. Five Stars accommodations and amenities are pretty much the same, what separates them is the team of people who enhances your stay. For the entitled reviewers / visitors who expect perfect English…. How’s your Cambodian!?!

The location of this hotel is beautiful. The accommodation is what I like the most, I like the design and how comfortable it be. Cleanliness is nothing to complain its very clean. This is first time that my friend and I visit Phnom Penh. So, this hotel makes this vacation more remarkable. The view in the night is spectacular. If I had I chance I definitely would choose this hotel again. :)

On any visit to Phnom Penh, my choice of hotel is automatic: Raffles Le Royal. From reception desk hospitality to guest room comfort/leanliness to relaxing hotel spa to spacious swimming pools, all is maintained at a five-star-plus level. Plus, the entire staff could not be nicer nor more professional. I spent 4 nights there in September and was delighted at every turn. I’ll recommend Raffles’ The Elephant Bar for entertaining. I will also call out the dining room for consistently super service and excellent breakfasts. My favorite? Pancakes, as whipped up by chef Sifa Coi. While I’m sure her culinary talents extend far and wide, I always compliment Sifa on making the best pancakes in Southeast Asia. Au kun cheraown (thank you very much) to the entire team at Raffles Le Royal Phnom Penh. See you again just as soon as I can.

Imagine tropical oasis meets concrete jungle. The hotel feels like a maze but in a good way. I had one of THE best massages I’ve ever had at the spa and loved ALL of their pools. You’re spoilt for choice. I wish I had more time to spend there.

Probably one of the new best hotel that just opened this year in Phnom Penh. We were very impressed by our family suite. Literally huge with very modern amenities. Having 2 separated bedrooms and a large living room is a big plus. As many other reviewers we enjoyed the pool at the roof top. Do not miss the sunset. About the staff: some are very new to hospitality but you can see and feel the management are very experienced so there was no issue at all for the check in and out. The ladies at the front desk are particularly cute :)

Everything was fine, but they kept me in a room where the door lock was broken, and they gave me a manual key to use, which I couldn't use normally. It was very hard to use, and every time I wanted to open the room, I had to call reception for help. Despite this, they didn't give me another room to stay in. Later, in a hurry, I forgot the key in the room and locked myself out. They couldn't even provide me with a duplicate key because they didn't have one. I informed the receptionist and waited outside the room for about two hours. After this time, they provided me with another room to stay in for just 10 minutes. I went to rest, and after 10 minutes, somehow they managed to open the door and called me to move back to the same room. They requested that I not forget the key inside again instead of giving me another room to stay in permanently. What a terrible experience; I wasted a day and a night there.

This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at! From the BMW airport transfer with our driver Vanny, to being greeted at the door by name, all parts of the experience were amazing and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet was exceptional in range and quality, offering the perfect mix of local, Asian, and western delicacies. We enjoyed two massages in the spa and the staff demonstrated great care and expert techniques, which left us feeling equal parts relaxed and revived. The swimming pool was oversized and a perfect temperature to lounge away a few hours, with poolside food and drink service at the press of a button. The luxury and comfort of Club Millésime was matched by the attentive and first-class service of Nikkole and his team. We enjoyed afternoon tea, nightly cocktails and tapas, and the staff assisted us with our every need. We enjoyed dinner at the Italian Restaurant - De Forni - where again we experienced service and hospitality that would rival the world’s best. Our room was well appointed with a large lounge area and bathroom. The balcony offered sweeping views of Phnom Penh and the daily housekeeping and turndown service made us never want to leave. And finally, the most memorable part of our stay was the staff, including Moni, for whom no request could not be met. This was the best hotel we have stayed in and as Accor Diamond members we have experienced some of the best globally. Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra is the best home away from home that you could want. Our only regret was that two nights just simply wasn’t long enough, so I guess we’ll be back again soon.
