The hotel was nice and comfortable. Very beautiful grounds. Lovely pool and real spa bath. Kids loved swimming and the pikachu blow up balloon. Food was pretty expensive - buffet breakfast for example was KW80k per person which reduces to KW68k for guesses. However, right next to the hotel are nice eateries where KW60k can get you a decent breakfast for a family of four. One night we were lazy and didnโt want to dine out and hotel room service was expensive (eg sea bass dish was KW70k) we asked concierge to help find good delivery, whilst most restaurant donโt deliver they do allow takeaway, the concierge helped arrange for a nearby restaurant to pick my wife up to take her to the restaurant to order and to take her back to the hotel. One day we didnโt want to book a tour so they suggested an English private taxi hire which costs KW250k per day which was great. We were able to get around and go to places we want at our leisure without being rushed by the tour entourage. Hotel was really far from the airport (1hrs drive at least) but near the Jeju temple, Alive museum, the waterfalls, the Cliff, the bear museum (where you can make teddy bears and other attractions. Hotel rooms were clean and nice. Had separate shower from bathtubs but the toilet was not enclosed. Loved the toilet seat though with Biden and all.

๐Actually, it is right next to the popular Parnas Hotel, located in the Chinese Resort of Seogwipo. There are few people and beautiful scenery. The key is that the price did not increase during the National Day holiday, and the price-performance ratio is very high. The hotel is basically full of Koreans. I didnโt meet any Chinese people during the three days of stay. ๐ญ, I will write down my experience for your reference
๐ฒHuge natural garden!
๐๏ธThe vast sea!
โฐ๏ธThe cliff trail full of wildness!
๐๏ธComparable to the top island atmosphere in Southeast Asia
๐Stayed at the Life Hotel in Seogwipo, Jeju Island
๐The atmosphere is not inferior to ๐๏ธThe first-line big-name hotel in Nusadua, Bali, is also on the cliff, very much like the Bali Hilton, facing the sea, opened in 1990 and maintained very well, it only takes 2hโ๏ธ+๐ to get there from Shanghai, it is perfect for lying down!
1๏ธโฃConvenient transportation
Exit from Gate 5 of the airport and take bus 600/601 to the hotel entrance in 1 hour
2๏ธโฃCheck-in
Arrived at the hotel at 12 noon and was informed that check-in would start at 14:00. The lobby is located on the highest floor above the cliff, full of French style + Korean exquisiteness. After storing the luggage, go to the columnar joint belt + lunch, and come back to check in on time at 14:00. There is a person at the front desk who speaks Chinese
3๏ธโฃRoom experience
It is strongly recommended to book a sea view room, located on the top floor of the 6th floor. The room is very large, 40+ square meters, with a balcony facing the south sea view. Bathtub, shower and toilet are separated, and the minibar is moderately priced
4๏ธโฃEntertainment facilities
3 swimming pools, indoor and outdoor swimming pools are connected, very large, with poolside bar, and LIVE at night; the hotel gym, game room, and outdoor small zoo are very interesting
5๏ธโฃHotel environment and beach
The hotel is a huge garden on the cliff, and the plant maintenance is great. Under the cliff is the Chinese bathing beach, which requires a mountain trail to go down. There are few people on the beach, and there is a volcanic rock, which is good for digging sand and catching the sea!
6๏ธโฃSurroundings
You can walk to the Teddy Bear Museum, the most beautiful Starbucks in Jeju Island, and there are bhc fried chicken and convenience stores nearby. The disadvantage is that there are fewer foods within walking distance, which is not as mature as other places. It takes 2-3km to take a taxi to be lively. It takes 10 minutes by taxi to the columnar joint belt, 25 minutes to the dragon head coast, and 30 minutes to the Jeongbang Waterfall, Independence Rock, submarines and other attractions in Seogwipo city

**A Gem in Jeju: Parnas Jeju Hotel**
My recent stay at Parnas Jeju Hotel exceeded all expectations. The hotel boasts a sleek and modern design, evident from the stylish rooms to the chic lobby. Every corner exudes elegance and comfort, making it a delightful retreat.
One of the highlights was the outdoor heated swimming pool, perfect for a relaxing dip regardless of the weather. It provided a serene oasis amidst the bustling city.
The service was impeccable, with staff at the lobby always greeting guests with a warm smile and ready to assist with any inquiries or needs. Their hospitality truly enhanced the overall experience.

Great view of the port and the sea. Definitely a must visit for affordable pricing at a great location. Plenty of food places and restaurants around. Would be great if they offered room service laundry. Would be even better with a free entrance to the jacuzzi and pool.

*BACKGROUND My wife and I live in Incheon and wanted to stay at this hotel for a 3-night staycation. (Note for Bonvoy members: We booked the first night via a FNA+points, and then the next two nights with just points.) Cash rates during our stay were 1.2m KRW per night. *CHECKING IN We rented a car at the airport and drove in. Plan on allocating around 75 minutes for that drive. The resort is quite far from any shops or sightseeing sights, and you should plan to have access to a car while you are staying here. Taxis are often hard to come by, and it's a real hassle to order one, even via apps. There is no shuttle bus offered. When we got to the resort, we parked our car in the covered parking and went up to the 8th floor lobby. The semi-open-air lobby is really a nice place. We arrived under cloudy skies but can imagine it could be spectacular under sunny skies. There are 6 large couches around the inner perimeter of that lobby, for people to check-in. When we entered the lobby, the staff intercepted us and told us to sit at the couch and they'd take care of us. A first staff member dropped by with some small ice cream cups. (My wife asked whether a coffee was available and they said no.) Then another staff member came over with the check-in form. No complications, but my โPayment typeโ was typed in as โKEB Hana Bank Cardโ, which I don't have. The card I added during booking was a totally different credit card. When I asked the staff about the error, they told me to ignore it. That was a bit strange. There are three quirks that you might notice as you make your way from check-in to your room. First, after you go up to check-in on the 8th floor, you go back down to the 3rd floor, in order to walk outside under cover to another building where most of the rooms are. And then, unless your room is on that 3rd floor, you'll take another elevator to get to your room. So, three elevator rides just to get to your room, upon your first arrival. Second, the hallways don't seem to be temperature regulated; at least in the summer, the hallways are not air conditioned. Possibly they are not heated fully during the winter either. I presume it's part of their pledge towards sustainability. Second, the buttons for โup/downโ when you call for an elevator also include a touchless sensor, presumably for anti-bacterial health reasons. But then when you enter the elevator, there are no such sensors, and you have to touch buttons to go to a floor. So, it does defeat the purpose of touchless buttons in the first place. The resort is really weirdly designed. I mean, the materials are all very solid. Lots of marble, stone, and wood. But the layout is quite ridiculous. The architect apparently wanted to design a place that fostered exploration and instead created a place for confusion. (For one, I'd wish to see some benches or seating next to the courtyard garden as you walk out of Dancing Durimi to The Lounge.) By Day #3, my wife and I did fee

Hae Beach is always right~^^
Since the kids were under 19, we used the hotel pool. It was so fun to use the hotel's outdoor pool and jacuzzi in a slightly cold and rainy atmosphere.^^
The price difference between the village view and the ocean view was big, so we used the village view, but it was okay because we didn't have much to look outside.
Bakery Margo is delicious, as always.
* The living room has an ondol and air conditioner that operates automatically according to the set temperature, but it was a bit difficult to adjust the temperature at first. It would be convenient if you could guide us.

I booked Jeju trip for three nights. Out of those three, I spent two nights in the eastern part of Jeju in different hotel. Out of curiousity I booked this hotel because when I visited Seoguipo in mid 2010's, I had a chance to walk by and was impressed with landscaping. As soon I checked in, I knew I made a mistake. I should have spent whole three night in this facility. What's striking for me is that the place's ambience is absolutely uncomparable to any where I visited. Normally, traditional korean style โstaysโ emphasize bit of gothic style with monotic roof tiles which only rich and privileged have enjoyed and bit fake. But this place has absolutely traditional common village of yester year's of Korea. The small alleys winding around each units and carefully groomed plants ensuring privacies of guests. Staff's are amazing. These aren't just repeatedly trained staff's whose automatic apologies seem very robotic. They genuinely care guests and I am wondering how this small facility retain such fantastic staffs. I highly recommend to book with family, friends for multiple nights. Accomodations are great and just sit around and looking out bring out the very definition of โhealing experience.โ Pros: Fantastic experince. Amazing landscaping with careful architecture. Well maintained with facility with great servicing area. Want a genuine traditional village with modern comfort. Great staffs! Cons: Bit retro with mechanical keys and showing bit of age. No direct beach access. If you are a beach head, may not be for you.

The hotel is in a mountainous area, so it has a mountain view.
The surrounding area is pitch black at night
So itโs suitable to take a hot spring bath in a hotel

๋๋๋ฌดIf you want to travel quietly and without having to worry about everything, I recommend Podo Hotel.
Each room has separate walls, so you can stay very private.
It can be said that the service is of a high standard.
Please note that there is no udon set menu for breakfast.
There is a walking trail, and it is very quiet and nice. I highly recommend stopping by.
The hot spring water is really good, so I highly recommend taking a dip.
It was a truly relaxing hotel with all the scenery of Jeju Island and high quality.
