Staffs definitely need a training. Haven't seen any staff greeting to the hotel guests even at the front desk or willing to assist the guests. They don't say 'Good morning' or 'How can I help you', instead just looking at the phone by which I was surprised.
Hot breakfast ready to order is a great try to serve the guests better but if the staff is not trained nor friendly, just buffet style will be better for the guests not feeling uncomfortable by ordering what I would like to have.
Great building & clean room, but unprofessional staffs even though it is not a busy season.

We checked in for New Years weekend with no problem and was assigned a room on 2nd floor. Out window view was the backside of a large A/C unit outside. We requested to be moved, and were
Moved to 9th floor. When we entered room, it smelled of raw sewage.
We told staff 3 times of the problem, and finally, a guy was sent up to “clean” the bathroom. About 30 minutes later, another janitor came up with some “spray” to mask the scent. After thise 2 events the room was good
Until night number 2…the room Began to smell like sewage, again. It wasnt as bad as first night. We told staff about the same issue and checked out
To be fair, this is not our first stay here and have never had a problem like this before. It was New Years weekend and staff did best they could. But hotel, according to them, was full and no other rooms were available. We would probably stay here again due to breakfast in mornings and proximity to downtown.

We stayed 2 nights and the staff was great, very accommodating. I wish the omelet station line will move faster. It’s a 15 min wait. They need to put out more snacks at the social hour, kept running out. The solar blinds need to close better to prevent light from coming thru

Food is not refilled in breakfast, rooms and lobby cold during winters, rooms don't have enough pillow, nor even good pillows, no extra blankets when booked and received a room for 5, all in all..a poor experience.
