"Our trip started out quite ordinary, but because my friend's flight was so early, we decided last minute to book this hotel right by the airport for our last night.
1. They offer a complimentary airport drop-off service, even for 4 AM departures, and they'll pack you a breakfast to go.
2. The service is incredibly thoughtful; we were offered a hot drink right at check-in, and they have a robot that can deliver food.
3. It's clean, tidy, and quiet. The mattress is comfortable, and so are the pillows.
I didn't remember to take photos of the hotel, so here are a few other snapshots from the trip.
We stayed at several hotels during our few days of travel, and I really didn't expect this last-minute booking to offer such great value for money and attentive service. It was excellent.

The hotel's sour soup noodles for breakfast are good, and a breakfast with some Shaanxi characteristics would be even better."

The overall feeling of the hotel is very good, the layout is layered, the light is warm, and it was midnight when I arrived at the hotel. The hotel front desk gave me a room upgrade service. The room Chenshe is very new, clean and tidy, and the temperature is suitable. When taking a shower, I found that his shower gel is really easy to use and very muddy. It is really different from the shower gel of ordinary hotels. The only drawback is that it does not come with soap. I asked the front desk but it was not available. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. When they learned we were first-time foreign visitors to China, they patiently showed us how to use ride-hailing apps on our phones and offered practical advice for our upcoming travel plans. What's more, they personally helped us with our luggage and guided us to our vehicle, providing truly thoughtful service.
2. **Spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and clean rooms**
The room design was attractive, the space was generous, and the overall cleanliness was excellent. It made for a very comfortable and relaxing stay.
3. **Good quality toiletries**
The shampoo and shower gel provided had a pleasant fragrance and felt great to use.

**Airport transfer service was not up to par**
Despite clearly stating the number of people and luggage during booking, and emphasizing it multiple times, the airport transfer service still failed to arrange a suitable vehicle. Consequently, the car couldn't accommodate our entire family and luggage, forcing us to wait for three separate vehicles and splitting us up, which was quite a poor experience. This stands in stark contrast to the excellent airport transfer service I received at another hotel in Guangzhou later on."

"Thank you for a mostly pleasant stay. The hotel is clean, efficient, and the staff we interacted with were helpful. The proximity to the airport is its biggest advantage.
A small note for future guests: the complimentary shuttle to the hotel requires a bit of patience. After calling the hotel from the arrivals hall, the shuttle took about 20 minutes to arrive for us. It's not a major issue if you're not in a rush, but it's something to be aware of. Perhaps the hotel could look into making this service more frequent.
