Please note guests are required to leave a £50 deposit by credit card, or £200 cash along with a driving license or passport matching the name on the booking.
"The Staybridge Suites are a little jewel in Birmingham. From check-in to check-out, staff were really friendly and professional.
The choice at the buffet breakfast was substantial and options for all tastes.
Really comfy mattress and spotless bed linen.
There was a problem with the fan in my room on the first night, and when I reported it to reception the next day, to resolve the issue, I was offered a different room for my second night. Instead, I just kept the card out of the light switch when I was ready to go to sleep. As I only had one more night I did not take up the offer of the change of room but I really appreciated that they would have done this for me which shows that they really want to make customers happy.
Having a fridge and kitchen items was really good.
The only downside was that the shower did not drain away quickly, so if you keep an eye on this when you are in the shower, you could end up with water all over the bathroom floor.
Otherwise, I would definitely stay there again."

"Comfort Inn Location is great, just next to Birmingham New Street train station and within 3 mins walking distance to Birmingham China town, so plenty of restaurants and cafe surround this hotel.
The only downside is the shower area, the curtain was short and water spilling everywhere when take shower.
Overall I would rate 4.0 for Comfort Inn due to excellent location and reasonable price"
