"We had a great stay here and really enjoyed the experience. Check-in was easy and efficient, either via the self check-in machine or with staff assistance. The lobby has a cozy, MUJI-style ambiance and provides all the basic necessities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, tea bags, lotion, and more. You can also borrow a face steamer or hair dryer near the lobby lifts, which is a nice touch. On the second floor, there are drink vending machines, an ice machine, and two washer–dryer machines. One note: I don’t recommend using the dryer—it took us almost 2 hours to dry our clothes. The room itself is standard but comfortable. A big thank you to the staff for reading and preparing for my special request in advance—I truly appreciate the effort and attention to detail. The toilet is clean and spacious, WiFi connection is good, and everything was well maintained. Breakfast is provided, and you’ll need to bring the voucher with QR code to scan before entering. There’s a good variety of Japanese and Western food, so it’s easy to find something you’ll enjoy. Overall, we really loved our stay here and would definitely come back again on our next trip. "Love how convenient the hotel located. We brought our toddler travel to Kamakura using the Shonan Monorail and changed to Enoden Line to have different train ride experience. And return from Kamakura to Ofuna station is just 2 stops by JR. The train station itself have Lumine EST department store and within walking distance with lots of drug stores, DONKI, and eateries. Highly recommended. 2 adults with 1 2 year old toddler. Unexpectedly their bed is big for us yet it is a pullover bed can be extended."

"I highly, highly recommend this hotel! First, the location is incredibly convenient. It's just a 5-minute walk, at most, from the main train station. Second, there are so many shops and restaurants nearby. We're talking convenience stores, fast food like Yoshinoya, and even two large supermarkets that have everything you could possibly need! Finally, the front desk service is exceptional. They have a self-service translation device that displays the conversation on a screen, which is fantastic! Plus, it's not far from the Daifune Kannon Temple. And get this, it's only a 50-minute direct train ride to Tokyo, and the price is absolutely worth it. Oh, and if you couldn't find a specific item at Uniqlo in Tokyo, you might just find it at the Uniqlo next to Daifune Station – it's amazing. What's more, it's very convenient to get to Gotemba Premium Outlets, Hakone Shrine, Izu, and Atami. Facilities: Excellent and fully equipped. The room size is normal for a Sotetsu hotel. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Environment: Super convenient surroundings. Service: They have a self-service translation machine, so there are no communication barriers whatsoever."

"原本訂了一家老牌酒店，後來看到這家位置更好，就決定更換。非常慶幸自己這個選擇，真的非常滿意！ 首選位置極佳，江之電腰越站下來三分鐘就到了。對面就是腰越海岸。往前一站是鎌倉高校，往後一站江之島，都可以步行可達。早上吃好飯去海邊跑步的感覺，太爽了。 房間又新又大又整潔，設備也是現代簡約風格，不是普遍日本酒店的那種。淋浴房好高級，洗浴用品齊全。 細節非常精緻，綠茶、紅茶、咖啡品質都很不錯，房間飲用水充足（兩瓶常温兩瓶在冰箱），毛巾非常柔軟，床也超級舒服，餐廳的早餐是套餐式的，很好吃。晚餐吃過他們的蕎麥麪，價格也不貴。 還有房頂的露台，天氣好時眺望遠方心曠神怡。 總之如果要在鎌倉逗留一晚的話，非常推薦住這裏。就是有一丟小貴，希望下次再來的時候別漲價哈哈哈～"

"Although small, it has everything and is well equipped. The hotel is in a good location, close to the bus station and convenient to tourist attractions. It is suitable for 2 people and preschool children. If 3 people live there, they can't even open the boxes, so choose carefully. The reliability of facilities needs to be improved. The door lock of our room was not very good. We had to wait for the staff to help open it at 9:00 in the morning, which was a bit time-consuming."

"The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The public bath was large and relaxing. There is no convenience store nearby - you need to walk towards the station to visit the closest (Family Mart) which takes about 5mins one way. There were 2 things that bothered me: 1. Position of TV. You can’t be on the bed to watch as you cannot turn the TV towards the bed. 2. There were 2 chairs and a table and the height of the table and the part you sit on the chair was same. Therefore I had to bend so much to reach down to eat which was quite frustrating"

"A 10-minute walk from the subway station, with various restaurants conveniently located nearby. This is an excellent building that makes effective use of its steel frame structure and features superb landscape design. It would be a particularly meaningful stay for architects. The breakfast area is designed like a charming cafe, making everything served there seem delicious. I spent my time reading and gazing at the rainy courtyard until check-out. I was very pleased by the kindness of the female staff member who spoke Korean. While both the room's size and comfort were excellent, there was no charger provided, and I hope the quality of the toothbrushes can be improved. One morning, despite the rain, I opened the window and enjoyed the delightful birdsong for a long while. It was a relief that the windows here were easy to open and close, unlike in many Japanese accommodations. As I personally loved Kamakura City, if I ever return, I'd love to experience both a traditional guesthouse and spend my last night here to enjoy the morning before departing."
