The overall environment is not good: the mattress is too bad: the front desk service level is low

The room was clean and tidy. We stayed there for two days in total. During the two days, the waiter complained that we were late for breakfast. The next day, at the stipulated time of 11 o'clock, a Uyghur brother was told that he was late when he was picking up food. The whole restaurant heard it. If the hotel extends the dining hours to 11 o'clock, the waiters should just do their job well and not blame the customers all day. Customers can reasonably exercise their rights within the specified time! ! I hope the hotel will continue to improve its service attitude.

The hotel is in a good location, in the city center, with convenient transportation. It is close to the commercial downtown, Tuanjie Square, and the night market. It is not far from Tuancheng, all within walking distance, and there are many restaurants around. The hotel is very new, the facilities are trendy, the level of intelligence is high, and it can be controlled by voice. The bathroom design is very reasonable, the sanitary ware are all famous brands, and the toilet is a smart toilet. The room was quiet and clean. The handsome guys and girls at the front desk have good attitudes and are very professional. Check-in and check-out are quick. The staff are friendly and polite, and take the initiative to say hello. Breakfast has both Chinese and Western options, with many varieties, as well as freshly ground coffee, which tastes good. All in all, it is a very good hotel. I recommend it. I will stay here again when I go to Hotan in the future.

No slippers, hot water is not hot, breakfast is too bad

這已經是第…嗯第好幾次入住了，休假來回都在這住，環境好，樓下吃喝也方便，重點是房間收拾得乾淨，前台努爾曼古麗和小依很熱情，辦理入住離店也很快，這次還約了酒店接站，是大方健談的熱姆經理來接的，路上根本不無聊，太幸福啦！

前台皮皮小趙就像殷勤的小天使，他們的笑容如同春日暖陽般燦爛，快速而高效地為我辦理入住手續，還貼心地給我推薦周邊設施與好玩的地方。很不錯值得推薦👍🏻
