Guoyu Grand Hotel (Hetian Yulong Kashi River Yudu City Branch)

I chose this hotel for my family trip to Hotan. The exterior landscaping is lovely, and the courtyard environment is very pleasant. The room was meticulously clean, and the bedding was fresh and tidy. The room itself was spacious, with all the amenities you could need, such as toiletries, a wardrobe, and a scenic window. It felt relaxing and secure to stay there, and my whole family was very satisfied. I highly recommend everyone visiting Hotan to stay at Guoyu Hotel!

The environment of the hotel is really amazing. I was shocked as soon as I walked into the lobby. The decoration is grand and stylish. The view from the picture window in the room is amazing, overlooking the beautiful scenery of the entire city. The service staff Xiaowan is impeccable. From the moment you enter the door to the moment you leave, every detail makes you feel the meticulous care. Living here is like being at home!

Great hotel experience The hotel we stayed in this time was really great! The hotel provides car pick-up service, which is very considerate. As soon as you enter the hotel, the elegant environment makes you relax instantly. The lobby is spacious, bright and beautifully decorated. The enthusiastic waitress Guli helped me upgrade my room to a suite, which was fully equipped, clean and comfortable. The hotel's dining options are also amazing. The restaurant has an elegant environment and a rich and varied menu. Whether it is local specialties or various exquisite Western and Chinese dishes, they all taste delicious. The ingredients are fresh and the cooking is exquisite, and every dish is like a work of art. Dining here is not only a taste enjoyment, but also a visual feast. The other facilities of the hotel are also very complete. Guli at the front desk treated me very well and made me feel the warmth of home. Highly recommend this hotel!

The sanitary conditions of the hotel are a bit poor. I don’t know how it got four stars! The breakfast is not as good as that of a budget hotel chain, so you get nothing! The toilet seal in the room was broken on the first night of my stay. The smell of sewerage in the bathroom made me unable to sleep well all night! I changed rooms the next day. The ceiling leaked. I changed to another room. The carpet was very dirty. There were a lot of bugs in the room. The bites were all over my body and it was extremely itchy! So I spent half a day collecting luggage, moving luggage, and changing rooms! Fortunately, the waiter's attitude was quite good, but the hardware couldn't pass the test!

Facilities: The room facilities are a little bit old, but overall they are good. There is ample parking space at the door. Environment: There is a river outside the window, but there is no water now. Next to it is the Yushi Trading Market.

The room is clean and spacious. Opposite the hotel is the Yulong Kashgar River. Just a few dozen meters downstairs is the jade trading market. You can go shopping. The service is very good. 出差入住國玉大飯店，整體體驗很棒。酒店環境安靜雅緻，交通方便，停車便捷。前台服務專業高效，響應需求及時，待人温和有禮貌。公共區域整潔，管理規範，氛圍感安靜，適合商務出行。客房佈局簡約舒服，桌面寬敞方便辦公，網絡穩定流暢，處理工作不受影響。房間衞生細節到位，床品舒適，隔音優秀，奔波一天能好好休息。衞浴設施完好，熱水充足，備品齊全，沒有隱形消費。硬件和服務都在線，是和田出差入住的優選。

喀什玩完，順路來和田逛一逛，酒店周邊都是賣玉的，加工的在有玉石大巴扎等等。周邊也有小吃，吃飯的小店有好幾家。這酒店年設施舊的沒話説。沖涼水又小，又散。打了個滴滴去檢玉區體驗6.9，想要回來的時候滴滴一點就是三五十，怎麼點都要三五十元？2.6公里？窗外還是不錯，如果天氣好應該行能看日出。

這次入住國玉大飯店體驗非常棒！訂的玉龍河觀景臻選雙床房，房間45㎡空間寬敞，全屋智能使用很方便，零壓床墊睡起來舒適度很高，飄窗茶歇設計很有特色。早餐品類豐富，口味不錯。特別表揚前台工作人員，服務熱情周到，辦理入住退房效率很高，響應及時，有問題溝通都耐心解答。酒店位置便利，配套停車場、洗衣服務齊全，出差住這裏很安心，下次來和田還會選擇這家！
