"[Complaint Exposed] Beware of this hotel stealing customers’ Ctrip accounts and posting positive reviews! He must be exposed! What happened: 1️⃣ Check-in trap: The booking did not include breakfast. When I checked in, the front desk said that I was a Huazhu member and that they could send me a breakfast. I needed a Ctrip verification code. I didn’t think much about it at the time and told her after receiving the verification code. 2️⃣ Abnormal discovery: Four days after checking out (February 17), I logged into my Ctrip account and found a hotel review that Ctrip rejected and was suspected of being false! I am very puzzled! I haven't reviewed this hotel yet? And the release location is Hotan, Xinjiang, and the release time is February 15th! I left Xinjiang on February 13th, how could I possibly post this review in Hotan! And I didn’t take these photos! Ironclad evidence: • Time and space contradiction: I left Xinjiang on February 13, so it is impossible for me to post comments in Hotan • Device tracking: Ctrip backend shows that the login device is the hotel front desk iPhone • Operation record: I have never made a review 3.
