Atour Hotel (Houma Xintian Square)

Very bad check-in experience! Although the hotel facilities are not too flawed, the overall service really needs to be improved. 1. After opening the toiletries box provided by the hotel, it seems that the comb was torn open and put back together! 2. The front desk asked for my verification code and directly bound me to Atour membership without any notification or permission! 3. The front desk asked me to add her on WeChat, give her a screenshot after giving her a good review on the booking platform, and she would give her a corresponding reward (after asking about my true intention of adding WeChat, I flatly refused) 4. The elevator must swipe the room card to use it. For a room with two people, only one room card was given. After communication, two were given. But when two friends who stayed in the same room went to the front desk and asked for help to give them a third room card because one went out and the other did not bring their room card, the girl at the front desk said with a look of charity and disgust that they had two room cards for one room. Once the card reaches its limit, ignore it. We made arrangements after we mentioned that we couldn't go upstairs without the card, and at least we needed someone to help us swipe the elevator. 5. When I called the front desk that night to ask for an extra quilt, the girl at the front desk claimed that "the room was full that night and there were no quilts to add." It looked like she believed me regardless of whether I believed it or not.

The location is in the center of the city, with easy access, especially convenient for tasting food on Jiangong Road. The lobby is grand and elegant, with larger rooms and newer facilities. The service was warm and thoughtful, and small gifts were also given. Very satisfied!

The hotel is quite new, there is a public parking lot in front of the door, free of charge, there are supermarkets, KFC, Pizza Hut near the hotel. The reception service at the front desk is very good, and the room is hygienic. I personally feel that the facilities are more suitable for business travel. It’s okay to live with children. What makes me think that the service is in place is that the front desk will take the initiative to ask if an invoice is needed when checking out.

城中心位置，停車方便，早餐種類挺多，房間乾淨衞生，非常清靜，值得推薦！
