Absolutely amazing place with wonderful view of city and heathrow airport accessible to the bus metro lines..Rooms were clean and trendy but small with no refrigerator and wardrobe but it's OK for us .had amazing time in the lounge with lots of games .breakfast was very good.there are limited option for food .I would highly recommend this place for stay.love this place and definitely stay there again ..Staffs were friendly and helpful. Comfortable room, under 10min drive to Heathrow T5. We arrived late evening and checked in quickly. Tesco Metro next door which is handy. Was ideal for us as we had an early flight the next morning.

Friendly staff with welcome drinks. But there is no in-room phone to call the reception desk.

A great stay! Great location, nice rooms and quirky amenities! However, house keeping didn’t clean rooms and changed bedding when asked!

Check in and check out was easy and friendly, even got a welcome drink on arrival, which is a good gesture. Good service by staff.We did not have any hotel meals. Room was comfortable and clean. Good water pressure and hot water in the shower. Had a slight problem with the parking payment (due a new system of clocking in on arrival to which I was not accustomed to), however this was sorted out by the reception staff. As always, love the reception/ lounge area, with all the different sitting areas where one can eat, drink, relax or meet up.Very relaxed and welcoming.
