Ladies at the reception when checking out really made the stay all the better, great atmosphere, and very kind, although other staff member did not seem as friendly. There was a stain on one of my white pillows that I immediately saw when about to get into bed. The key cards were not the best and did give me a hard time when entering as I had to try them multiple times. Transport links are great, it is nicely located within reach of other essential stores, Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to sleep with a partner.

Good hotel was just quite hot nicw location in town centre need air conditioning though

The transportation is convenient and the supermarket is nearby.

There are bus and train stations nearby. Wifi is good.

When checked in ther was a serious guy name Ashish very difficult to understand n had difficulty in getting understanding when u want to come to the hotel n get relaxed this guys questions gets u to hight i know he is following the hotel rules but not all the time there were guest also getting difficulties in understanding what he is saying he need proper training when u asked him something he is in his own world overall everything was ok room good other staff amazing

We stay in bath ,so normally Wen we come to London we always stay in Feltham Travelodge the staff here is very nice and polite.The room was excellent . was clean and nice .the beds was nicely tidy up.evrything was superb.we prefer always to stay here in Travelodge

The best part of my stay is the improvements of the hotel. The bar, cafe and the decoration of the room has improved. Ashish provided the best customer service, very polite. He checked me in very quickly and I’m giving him 10 stars. Highly recommend Travelodge to anyone all over world.

recently stayed at the Travelodge in Feltham and had a very pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. At the reception, I was greeted by two staff members, Ashish and Mamata, who both provided exceptional customer service. They were friendly, professional, and very helpful in answering any questions I had during my stay. It’s always refreshing to meet staff who genuinely care about the guest experience, and both Ashish and Mamata made a great impression.

Ashish and Mamata were very hospitable and made me feel very welcomed! Nice location next to wide variety of eating and coffee places and Asda is next door! Excellent refurbishment and the reception area is really nice now! keep up the good service! Im q regular visitor and i am looking forward to visiting again.

I visit to the travel lodge in feltham, the staff who works in reception is so friendly. The ashish and darillo received out very well their is no wait they did check in very fastly with in 2 minutes. The rooms also very neat and tidy. I feel very happy to visit.

Receptionist Dinesh doing an amazing job. At check-in there was a young lady as well who was exceptionally professional and nice. Bar is well organised and clean. The room and the bathroom was clean also. The only thing they could improve on to change the TV(s) in the room(s).
