Really clean hotel,offered me a free early check-in. Staff were great. Food was good too.

I would like to let you know that I found an old piece of underwear left behind by a previous guest in my room. This makes me feel that the room was not properly cleaned, and it was extremely unpleasant. I didn’t even receive an apology for this issue.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms that made it easy to relax after a long day. The hotel is about 5 mins walk to Hatton Cross Train Station. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests. I particularly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the convenient location, which made getting around simple. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and was well presented. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely consider returning or recommending it to others visiting the area.

The hotel staff are great. Breakfast was good. very quiet considering we are so close to Heathrow.

I was very pleasantly surprised by how good my stay was. The staff were very polite and even answered my questions over SMS message. I've not experienced 'US' levels of customer service from a UK hotel until I visited here. The best thing about this venue is the bar and dining downstairs. Much better than your average hotel. Jacks served acceptable food and drinks but carries on the theme of good service and politeness. Good location also, being only a short walk to Hatton Cross tube station. Highly recommended.

Convenient location. Very close to tube and bus station. Sure that is a good place to stay in London.
