A really convenient hotel which located in T3 arrival place, a good choice for passengers who gonna take early flight, the bed is clean and room is comfortable for one person as well

The room felt a bit small, but the location is super convenient, directly connected to the airport, which was great for catching an early morning flight.

Great hotel the only reason it didn’t get 5s across the board was the green light in bedroom Which kept waking us up - it is for fire safety so will just use an eye mask next time.

The room was small but spotless, no windows but we were only sleeping there for one night. Two minute walk into Terminal 3 Departures. Would definitely stay there again.

No hot water on evening of stay.Reported to manager who provided complimentary breakfast pack as a goodwill gesture. He said he would fix it , but it still wasn't working the next morning. Very disappointed

2nd stay here and its a very cool option when flying from T2 or T3. Rooms immaculate, beds super comfy, crisp white bed linen. Everything compact but enoigh space for overnight stop. Complimentry bottle of water too! Will stay again.
