We are not satisfied for the hotel arrangements and services. They were not good enough. Heater was not working and we had no hot water Staff was not professional

Room was comfortable and easy to access. Very comfortable beds. Staff friendly and obliging. Excellent breakfast done by Mum. The Assistant was very obliging ordering and chasing up the taxi for us. Location is excellent and decor good. My only complaint just a small one regarding cleanliness was a used bar of soap left on the bathroom sink and the badly stained armchair in the room. But overall a pleasant, comfortable short stay.

I accidentally booked this hotel, thinking I was booking the Ramada which is next to this one. It was only when we got here and tried to park, I realised I had booked a house converted into a hotel. I knew straight away it was going to be bad but didn't realise how much? The receptionist was from India and could hardly speak a word of English but soon took my £30 parking money @ £10 a night. I was told parking was in front of the hotel, when we booked it but we found out, it was about 5 - 7 minutes walk away up the road in a private driveway of a large detached house, which must be the owners house, getting rich on renting substandard rooms! It was raining and it seemed a long walk especially as we had been told it was straight in front of the hotel. This then went even worse, we were given a really small room which was against health & safety and you had to walk around the back of the bed sideways as there was a shelf fitted with the kettle & cups on. There was nowhere to put our things? The bathroom was even worse and you couldn't stand in front of the toilet. I tried to ask the receptionist for s bigger toom but she managed to say this is what we had paid for? The caused a blazing row with my husband, a nice way to start our weekend in London. The next morning, my husband accidentally scratched his leg really deep on the studs at the back of the bed when he was squeezing by. This proved this room was against health & safety regulations, it was only a single room being used as a double. Luckily we found a new receptionist who could speak English & we asked to be moved after showing her the photos of of his scratched leg. She moved us but still this new room was only a single room as the bed was pushed against the wall and you had to climb over your partner to get out and the room wasn't big enough to have bedside cabinets, proving this was really a single room. Then the shower was not standing up it was broken and the shelf in the bathroom was tilted as the hinges were broken. Other then the room being warm, this was a really bad experience for us. Swapping over our room wasted a couple of hours, as the other room wasn't ready yet and we could of been doing something nice, we didn't want to go far in case the other room they were giving us was even worse, we had to hang around to get it sorted.

This hotel is close to Hounslow Central station and HEATHROW airport . Clean , pure and modern ! A boutique hotel in the heart of Hounslow !! Tv boiler for tea and the magician is here !!! Love this place absolutely ❤️🥰 I wanna thank you all the staff !

The room was not fit for purpose you couldn’t get around the end of the bed it was the width of your mobile phone to the wall with a tv on it that didn’t work ! The bathroom fittings were all rusty. The shower only had 5 jets working as it was dirty !The bedding was so bad they used a single inside a double duvet and it was stained. It stated it had lots of facilities inside the bedroom but it didn’t have them. The parking was a nightmare

I booked a solo hotel room at late night hoping to get some frustrated looks but i was met with a smile and a friendly behaviour. The receptionist i believe his name was raj was a Very friendly and helpful person. Anyone looking for a place to stay i will recommend this place. The room was clean the facilities was good overall its a wonderful place to stay!!

Excellent stay at Homestay Hotel Hounslow! The rooms were immaculate, comfortable, and felt like home. The cleaning service was top-notch, with fresh towels and linens provided daily. The room was very cosy, and the double bed made me sleep so comfortably. My partner and I enjoyed the full English breakfast as well in the quaint breakfast bar at the basement. A fascinating boutique hotel that I would recommend to friends, family and colleagues

Our family stay at Homestay Hotel in Hounslow was fantastic. The location was perfect for us, being close to Heathrow and just a short walk to the tube station for easy access to central London. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made sure we were all comfortable throughout our stay, especially with the kids. Our family room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, which made it a great space to relax after a day of sightseeing. Great location and friendliest family to stay. staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. we loved the ambience. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely want to come back to this place again. Overall, 10/10 rating for homestay hotel and staff service.

Room was beautiful and super clean. Excellent location with only 4 mins away from Hounslow central station. I stayed here for three nights. All staff were respectful, patient and professional from check in to check out and everything in between. They made my stay just like home.

Spotless Spacious rooms. Staff were very helpful and tolerate of my demands. Amenities are nice. The bed was so comfortable, we slept all day. Great location near to restaurants and Hounslow central Tube. Overall Good! We enjoyed our stay. We would definitely be returning.
