This hotel location is perfect. Our flight is in the morning so we just walking cross over a link bridge and walk to Heathrow airport T2 to level 5 departure Hall. I have booked family room with airport view. It’s a great experience for my kids

An incredible way to start a holiday. The staff were very friendly and kind. The room was perfect. The location incredible, so close to Terminal 2 and 3. I would not hesitate to book again.

Extremely convenient, much better than expected. It's right outside Terminal 2, and we even got a runway view room. It's convenient, safe, and quiet. Perfect for those who've just landed and don't want the hassle of going into the city.

Very kind staff has noticed that I was tired and offered free bottled water at the check in. The queue to check in was larger than I would expect. Tried to use their app and home page to try to access digital room key, but was still unsuccessful.

Location is good as there’s connecting bridge to the hotel. Just not to mention with the services or amenities, as nothing at all. And the room is so-so, not as expected as Hilton’s standard

Amazing way to start a trip. Watching planes take off and land from 14th floor is breath taking. Despite being in the middle of such a busy place, the hotel was incredibly quiet
