The location is good near to underground Houslow central but this station doesn’t have an elevator so please be careful for a huge suitcase you have to use stairs to platform. Breakfast available for 9 pound per person

Hotel is comfortable. The hotel location is great. Its near tube Hounslow central station and airport. Staff have good support. Hotel price is acceptable

There are no basic amenities like a kettle, bin with cover. And the toilet flush was not working properly.

This hotel is comfortable with a reasonable price. Close to food shops. Lidl & Tesco express are also close. The train station is also within 10 minutes walk. thank you very much

Typical cheap stay hotel. Simple and cheap. The receptionist was quite loud when confirming details about the room in front of the lobby with around 10 or so people, such as the room number, number of nights, etc which I guess would've made other guests a bit uncomfortable.. Room is what you get for the price and yes the toilet didn't have a lock... The bed was just about comfortable to sleep in.

We have used this hotel twice before and we find it great for our purposes. Great location for a stay prior to flying from Heathrow. Convenient bus to airport within 2 mins walk. Great restaurants nearby (recommend Honeymoon). Very competitively priced. Like it a lot!

The size of bedroom is good but the standing shower is a bit slippery however there is a sign. But the sign wouldn’t help

Had a wonderful stay! The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was amazing. I’d definitely stay here again! 🫰🏻

As it was a basic Ibis we weren't expecting much. Service was great, hotel clean but what let it down is 'basic' was taken a bit too far. A kettle, tea&coffee, 4 pillows on a double,2 pillows on a single, in my opinion, are the basics, which were missing at this hotel. But if you aren't too bothered about that then it's an ideal place to stay.

The lication was fantastic near the Hounslow High Street,next to the hotel tescp express. The reception guy by the name of majod he was top man on the customer's service.Safe place to walked around compares to many places in london.

Location is very close to the airport, can't complain It is not glamorous given it's a budget hotel, but it got everything necessary for a budget hotel

Me and my partner decided to stay here for one night during our trip to London. For the price we was pleasantly surprised. Its ibis budget and not the Ritz Carlton but the bed was comfy and clean the room was basic with a working TV and a Shower with hot water and the hotels staff was able to provide a hairdryer for us to use free of charge. Staff were friendly enough and was able to provide little things like bottle openers. The shared dining space had a microwave and a coffee machine with complimentary herbal tea and everyday tea. However some of the rooms show the age there was an issue with plumbing in our room the drains had a bad smell when the water was running but the staff resolved it It could really do with a dust on the windowsill and behind the TV and on the counters. Breakfast was basic continental breakfast however everything was fresh and of a good quality not bad for the price. All in all enjoy the hotel for short stays and dont be shy to speak to the staff if you have any issues.
