First time here and was very impressed. I love the gated parking garage. The fireplace out front for sitting gives the hotel a warm welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms are well appointed with everything you would need for a business trip. Beds are comfortable and shower has plenty of pressure. I had a drink at the bar and the bartender was very attentive to our group. Will stay here again when I am in the area!

We had to stay here right after Christmas while new floors were being put in , and it was a stressful moment in our life! The staff at this location is among the best I have ever witnessed! I will be eternally grateful for the genuine kindness of the staff during our stay! We could not have asked for more! Michael Cantrell is someone that I got to see everyday during my stay, and I believe I even asked him if he ever had a bad day! If ever someone was made to work a front desk it was this Man! He instantly changed my mood every time I interacted with him, whether it was just walking by to get to the elevators or if I had to extend our stay, he was so pleasant and had the most amazing attitude, that it was contagious! If every business had staff like this place did, the world would be a better place. Kindness is contagious!

I stayed in a different hotel for half a month from California to Texas. This is the worst one. The bedding looks like chemical fiber, and the pillows have all kinds of taste! !! !! We have already given bad reviews on yelp, we must tell everyone not to come! !! !! However, the service of a younger brother at the front desk was very good. The baby's milk was gone. There was no milk in the merchandise department. The younger brother gave away breakfast milk in particular! So the service gives 5 points! !!

The overall feeling is very good, the staff is very friendly, the hotel facilities are complete, the pool, gym, laundry room, parking building are available, and it is convenient to use. The location is also good and it is very convenient to go anywhere. Suitable for family travel and living. Relatively weak is breakfast, there are not many choices.

The hotel is very nice and clean. The room is super spacious and comfortable. We’re staying for a week and it’s been an amazing stay. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Especially Babar, he’s been super amazing. Anything we need , he’s there’s to help us and has such a great personality. From the moment we first arrived, made sure we were really well accommodated to anything else we might need. He definitely make us feel like anything we may need, we don’t have to hesitate to ask. Really nice guy ☺️ I definitely recommend this hotel if you’re coming to visit Houston, TX.
