Modern & Comfy ~ 5 Star Location in EaDo ~ King Bed ~ Parking! Pet Friendly!

This is one of our preferred properties! Great location and very cozy. Will definately return.

Positives: The house is nice, and the neighborhood was pretty quiet even over the weekend. Inside the kitchen was quite usable and stocked with essentials and then some. The home was quite clean throughout. Location proximity was great to the stadium as well as the convention center. Quiet, cozy home. It worked perfectly for the week we used the location. The bedrooms were usable and clean. Negatives: Communication with the host was a bit delayed in terms of replying to get an answer on early check-in, but i also understand life happens. Don't expect the ability to enter until the check-in time, without confirmation from the host. If check-in is at 4pm, that lock will not allow the code entry til exactly 4 pm. The driveway/parking area is a bit tight if in a larger suv or truck. But managed to park two larger vehicles, but it is a tight squeeze. I misread the description and did not realize the 3rd bedroom was an outside unit. The outside unit does not have plumbing but does have power and an AC unit. But the backdoor to the home is not a keypad entry so it is either leave the backdoor unlocked, or the person walks to the front if they need to use the bathroom. The security camera notifications are quite annoying when, say a stray dog runs through the backyard. Master has a low bedframe, was not expecting that.. must of missed that in the photos. Overall would stay again.

Nicely remodeled house in quiet area. Clean with comfortable beds. Kitchen is well stocked. Location was convenient for doing the Aquarium and Space Center. Other than fast food there is nothing else nearby including grocery stores so you will need a car. The host is very attentive and check in and out was easy.

Beautiful space that was adequate for our needs. Especially enjoyed the ability to be behind a closed gate for our vehicles.

The house was as expected and we felt safe in the neighborhood. All but the gate was in good working order and it was fixed by the time we left. We did have some communication problems that were ultimately worked out. Very comfortable, spacious, and in the neighborhood we preferred. There were some loud parties nearby but the noise stopped around ten or eleven each night. We did manage to get around without renting a car but we had family in the area.

The amenities were in great condition, the place is extremely comfortable, and the host was very friendly and welcoming.

I stayed here for two weeks in Houston, and everything was perfect. The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was extremely responsive and easy to work with the entire time. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, with plenty of nearby food and shopping options.The space had everything I needed for a long stay — great WiFi, comfortable bed, cold AC, and a fully stocked kitchen. It honestly felt like a home away from home. I would definitely book this place again on my next trip to Houston. Highly recommend!
