Houston Modern Apt Pool View NRG DISCOUNTED

I feel like the main room could have used a rug, the porch needs a chair or 2, the roku remote was missing for the main bedroom, better quality pillows, remote for the access to the ceiling fan

Ugo was very welcoming and had a quick response time whenever I had a question. The apartment was easy to find and well kept. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to my peoples when they come down for a visit if it’s available!

We were designated a parking spot, near a door where the key fob that was provided didn’t work. Then we found out it didn’t work on any of the doors. We also were to be provided a parking pass for the designated spot. Was not able to locate one. So we went to the leasing office where they informed us it was up to the lease holder to provide. We had to them move our car to visitor parking which was 4 levels higher than where we were staying. We also found live and dead roaches in the apartment. We contacted the host, who was not responsive until we contacted customer service. Nothing was resolved, the location was great for the NRG stadium. That was the only positive thing about this place

Perfect for any event in the NRG area, pool was amazing.

The unit is nice enough, roomy, good floor plan, bed is comfy, has a washer and dryer, bath and kitchen are fine, there is not really a view. The negatives are: super long hallways and a labyrinth to find the swimming pool, TVs confusing for me to operate. The garage

Overall the property met my needs. However if you are looking for any homey touches this is not for you.

Quiet and simple This was a good location. Central to wherever we were going. Even though it is a large complex it was very quiet. The unit has the needed amenities. The host was quick to reply and provide assistance when needed.

Nice place close to Medical Center. Property was convenient to the Medical Center. Lots of places nearby to shop and eat. Apartment was clean and property was safe.
