Omg! This property is amazing! We were in town for a family wedding and it was a great location. Spacious, clean, has everything you would need.The pool is awesome! A great outdoor space to enjoy the pool and watch football.Lots of fun activities to keep you entertained: ping pong, pool table, shuffle board, etc.The owner was very communicative and helpful.Such a great weekend!Highly recommend this property!

The Kirby Retreat was an amazing experience. The pictures don't do this place justice because you have to see it with your eyes to understand the setup and flow of the house. It is very close to downtown and a quick drive or uber ride to restaurants and bars. The pool was used the whole visit especially during the day with the heat. I thoroughly enjoyed this place and reagan was super responsive and helpful as the host. I will definitely be back.

Perfect Home Base We had an incredible experience! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfect for our family. The pool and game room kept everyone entertained—especially the ping pong table, which became the center of our family “battles.” With three spacious floors and plenty of private spaces, we could relax and recharge easily. The location was ideal—close to great food, activities, and several universities. The host was welcoming and super accommodating. Truly a must-stay!

Perfect for a Couples Weekend Getaway! Without a doubt the BEST vrbo property in Houston proper. Our host Reagan was so accommodating and responsive I felt almost a little guilty sending her a message early one morning. But it didn't matter! Day, night, after hours, whatever the time she replied almost immediately and was super kind and helpful in all of her responses.The house itself is a rare find. A true VRBO unicorn! There were 8 adults at the house (4 couples) all of us in our 40s. It's so hard to find a house with not only 4 bedrooms, but 4 separate bathrooms AND 4 KING SIZED BEDS. The amenities were great, the pool, the billiard table, etc, all added to a fun holiday weekend. Thank you Reagan!
