This hotel is a little older than we have experienced with other Double Tree hotels. Could use some updating. The escalators were not working from the garage. And there is no elevators. So climbing the two stories of dead escalators was no fun. No need to hit the gym. No water bottles in the rooms. Quality of room coffee is super poor. Service was very good. Location is good. Entering the garage is a nightmare. Very complicated.

It is a good hotel and well located. I couldn’t help but notice how dirty the vent was and when I ended up with a flow when I turned on the air- conditioning. It was obvious what caused it.

Even though I paid in advance, they charged my card twice, and they ignored my email request to cancel the payment. This is the worst kind of service you'd expect from a Hilton. I'm not lucky to stay at a hotel like this. They double charged my card even though I paid in advance, they ignored my email request to cancel the payment, and they are not a Hilton and are the worst to deal with.
