Kinda run down for what was advertised. Was cheap so it’s alright but if u can afford a bit more, get something better. The bathroom doesn’t have locks either

This property is S**t hole room smells paint is peeling off on the doors check in last night wait 10 minutes for front desk staff to show up breakfast is very poor no smile staff may be over working next day come in the room beds not made towels on the floor no housekeeping was done call front desk no answer and nobody at the front desk

This hotel was clean, friendly, well-kept and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Beds were excellent and our room was super quiet. Free breakfast, free parking, helpful employees, and located in the Galleria area without Galleria prices. We'll be back!
Hopefully next time they'll have more reliable, secure wifi!

We had to extend our stay in Houston and found this La Quinta near the galleria. Food, shopping and drinks all available nearby. The staff was very nice and friendly. They definitely made us feel comfortable and at home. The only downside I have is that the rooms need some updating. We were able to watch some tv before bed but the tv was placed

Food and coffee was…”eh”. Was nice to not have to wait for a room as I got there a bit early. Otherwise it was an average LQ stay

Safe and quiet. This property is center of galleria and accessible to many places. Best thing is easy parking and staffs are very friendly

I had booked a room for 5 persons. This was a two bed room, and I had asked for a roll away bed. When I got there, I was told they could not put a roll away in the room, as it was a fire hazard. There should not have been an option to book this room for 5 persons if it was not possible to have 5 in there. We did not stay there, and I had to find another hotel room last minute

It was convenient to areas I was visiting. Property is run down. It needs to be upgraded. Carpet in my room was torn at the entrance to the bathroom. Room was clean. Elevator smelled oily. Staff told me breakfast starts at 8:00AM but when I went down at 7:50 to check with the desk about a question I had, the breakfast was already out and people were already eating.
