While the room was spacious enough to accommodate a family of three comfortably, the overall experience was severely marred by outdated facilities and inadequate service. Faulty Shower and hair dryer: The shower in the room was broken, and it was evident that no prior maintenance check had been conducted. Poor Front Desk Response:At around 9 PM, I called the front desk to report the issue. The staff responded dismissively, only stating they would "send someone to check."After waiting 20 minutes with no action, I had to personally visit the front desk to escalate the matter. Inefficient Resolution:The maintenance worker arrived but confirmed the shower could not be repaired, necessitating a room change. Despite my exhaustion after a long-haul flight, I was instructed to pack all my belongings and return to the front desk to complete the room-swap paperwork—this at nearly 11 PM. Frustrated, I demanded that the new room key be delivered to me, as I was in no state to shuttle back and forth.

Good location walking distance to nearby shopping mall. Spacious room with mini kitchen and full size fridge. So helpful that early check-in when room is available.

Amazing location, few mins away from the upscale mall The Galleria in River Oaks which has it all and this hotel has a 4-5 floor parking garage, which is amazing. You can just take the elevator directly to the lobby. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The facilities are cleand and up to date, rooms are spacious. Really worth the money you pay. I will definitely not look for another place for this price. Breakfast is simple yet plenty for a home stay type facility and everything was fresh.

I just ordered it and it's less than an hour later, but I can't return it. Maybe it's my fault for ordering it wrong.

Very bad check-in experience, poor front desk service, and the shower in the room is still broken. Another annoying thing is the refund of the deposit. I checked into the hotel on April 22, and paid a deposit of 117.2 US dollars per room when I checked in, for a total of 4 rooms. (The front desk said the deposit was 50 US dollars at the time, and I don’t know why it was deducted more). It has been a month, and the deposit has not been refunded. I sent 3 emails to the hotel, and only got one reply: The name of the guest who checked in could not be found. After giving the other party the order number and other information, there was no reply at all.

The hotel is in a good location with convenient transportation and shopping. The facilities are a bit old and the service is average. The mattress is soft.
