The Hotel is Excellent, very clean rooms, housekeeping every day, Breakfast is Ok but need to add more varieties to comply with the 4 stars, such as fresh juice in the morning wasn't available. i got the chance to have dinner twice at the restaurant bar, Moo is super professional as well as Victor who has very well experience with locations and can support and advise if you ask him. Reception team are so friendly and supportive to solve any issue you may face. Thanks again for the whole team.

Hilton seems to have a really bad habit of always giving guests the worst, noisiest rooms first, like a shady street vendor trying to rip you off!

This deserves a big thumbs up! I was in a rush checking out and forgot a jacket, only realizing it on the third day. When I called, the staff member handling lost and found went above and beyond because we were about to catch a flight. They specifically drove to deliver my clothes, and that's when I found out I'd also left a shirt, not just the jacket. They even included hangers! Such a warm and thoughtful service.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and proactively offered assistance. Check-in was incredibly efficient, and they patiently answered all my questions about local attractions, even providing a thoughtful local guide card. I immediately felt a strong sense of genuine hospitality. The room I booked was surprisingly clean and tidy. The bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, feeling like I was sinking into a cloud. The soundproofing was excellent; I heard absolutely no outside noise at night, allowing me to get a peaceful night's sleep after a long day. The room was fully equipped with everything I needed: a smart toilet, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an HD TV. The bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation, and the hot water supply was stable with just the right temperature. The toiletries had a subtle, pleasant scent and felt of good quality. The hotel breakfast was a fantastic surprise! The variety was extensive, with Chinese congee, noodles, Western bread and coffee, fresh fruit, and exquisite desserts – everything you could wish for. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, providing a truly satisfying energy boost. In the evening, sitting on the hotel terrace, enjoying the breeze and the city nightscape with a special drink recommended by the front desk, was incredibly relaxing. The location is also superb. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, surrounded by numerous shopping malls and restaurants, making it super convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. During check-out, the staff even proactively asked about my stay experience, and these thoughtful details made me feel especially welcome. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, this hotel is an excellent choice. I've already recommended it to my friends, and I'll definitely prioritize staying here again on my next visit!

You may not expect this hotel too high.

I booked this hotel with breakfast together but when I check in, front desk said no record about booking with breakfast and asked me to call the agent to call back the hotel for confirmation even when I showed the booking letter with full booking information. I felt I’m not welcome and told her this is their job to clarify instead of me. Anyway, she issued me the breakfast vouchers even not willing to. And the next morning there is an envelope with breakfast vouchers inside left under my door. I felt they are very careless on doing things. Others hotel facilities and stuffs are good!

I booked it without reading google reviews which gives more accurate description of this junk hotel which needs upgrading and also doesn't deserve 4 star or Hilton name due to the poor condition and filthy rooms
