Had one reservation on ******* and the following night booked through Marriott. I was told different things each time I contacted Marriott. “Will not have to check out, or will have to check out” without any same messaging for days. Ridiculous lack of consistent messaging. I spoke to someone in remote Marriott reservations 2 days before check in who seemed very capable and said we would not have any issues. Each time I went to the front desk it was different.

Very dated rooms & overpriced. Friendly staff but multiple mistakes that required trips or calls to the front desk. Service & quality is not up to Marriott standards.

Very dated property … poor service all around from front desk to room cleaning. Also services pretty sub-standard, no water, no room service after 10pm, no refills on the in room coffee / teas… plastic/paper cups

The stay was perfect. I booked this hotel after having an awful experience at the Doubletree Brook hollow. Where i abruptly left. You saved our trip....THANK YOU
