Reviews of Hampton Inn Houston-Near the Galleria

The hotel is in an accessible location with shops and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was attentive to our needs, and the breakfast options and drink station were decent. However the elevator should be fixed as soon as possible, as it was inconvenient during our stay.

Good room

I little difficult to get to the parking lot, but I think that speaks more to the traffic/roads in Houston. The hotel room itself was huge! Lots of space.

Friendly staff , efficient and super convenient location

Clean place amenities were 10 out of 10 the service was 10 out of 10. Also, the location was amazing. Very convenient.

It's normal, but charging 29 for parking downstairs is bizarre. It's not in the city center, and the downstairs area has its own parking lot. Other hotels of this brand offer free parking, but this one charges guests. I'm very dissatisfied.

The location is good, the room is clean and the breakfast is quite rich.

Yes, the environment is nice and worth a visit.
