I give this SpringHill location a 4 out of 5. The Hotel itself and the staff met all of our needs! The room was spacious, the hotel was clean, and the atmosphere inside was quiet and pleasant! Raydeen at the front desk was the best hotel receptionist I've ever encountered. Every time we needed something, whether it was more towels or other amenities, she provided it with no hesitation! Emily was equally as nice! Our only gripes are the bathroom space is quite small but manageable and the A/C/Heating unit cannot be manually controlled so the room got a little hot at times. I read other reviews about the Hotel being in a bad part of town which so very untrue. It is a little hidden with the location it's in and the area around the Hotel is a bit unkept as far as the landscaping but it is right off of the freeway for easy access to things. I would def stay here again if ever back in Houston.

The hotel looks older on the outside, however the inside is nice and clean. The customer service was excellent. The room was clean. The toilet and shower area a bit small, not a lot of room to move around. I would stay there again, and recommend to family and friends.

Didn’t feel safe in the location and it was outdated. It was an easy check in. Front desk man assisted immediately when I informed him that the first room
Had a smell. He helped to get us to a new room. He was readily available.

Our stay was good, my only complaint was our room had a leaky faucet in the tub and it was loud. We had to keep the bathroom door close to keep the sound down.

We used to stay here a couple of times in the past but after this trip we decided we would not come back again—drainage issue in the bathtub, non-working thermostat, AC not cooling. Breakfast on weekend has waffle maker but on weekend it is a company policy to not provide waffle breaker.

All staff behaved as if they are doing favors while they are doing their job, very disappointing, all staff had same behavior from kitchen, front desk to cleaning crew. Hotel is old and doesn't seem to be well maintained.
I've had better experience with Springhill hotels until i visited this location. I will be more careful choosing another Springhill in future.

The property is operated by a 3rd party company. The building is run down and wreaks of Bleach. The water in the showers is Luke warm. The sheets looked to be stained but after looking closer the sheets had several large thin spots so you can see the mattress through the sheet. It looks Like the mgmt doesn’t allocate enough money to properly maintain the facility.
