It looks like it is decorated in a rural style, in the style of a wealthy person. The room is quite big. There is no refrigerator in my room. The breakfast is a bit expensive. I don't recommend buying it. The location is okay.

Had to take a cold shower the first day there because it was not hot water. We kept being disturbed by maintenance because the fire alarm wasn’t working. After coming back 5 times they tell us we had to pack up and switch rooms… it was to much going on and this was a birthday trip

Ok actually I like the place as a location. Everything is close by.
BUT:
1. There is no security at the door.
2. If anyone enters the hotel, no one asks him where you are going, he easily goes to the elevator and chooses the floor he wants to reach!.( Not Safe)
3. I called the room service to clean my room she was very rude and said I just passed your room and hanged up on my face!!! Then I asked the receptionist to send a maid to clean the room. She told me: This service and laundry service are not available!!!! We do not wash people clothes!!!! Then when I went back to my room I saw the cleaner staff were cleaning the other rooms !!!!!
4. I asked them to clean the room they did but I give them 5-10 !!!
5. I asked the room service to send me water, she said you have to come down and get it!!!
6. No room service at all !

Our first room had the heavy smell of over fragrant cover up spray to most likely cover up the smell of prior smoker. On top of that the AC unit sounded like it had rocks tumbling around in it. To the hotels credit i asked for a different room and got one. The new one smelled much cleaner, and the ac unit was quiter. The disappointing part is the first room shouldn't have been in service in the first place.

Initially the property is besutiful. The rooms are okay at best! My only problem is the bathroom was NASTY!! There was hair dirt and grime and the water didnt drain in the shower. I called the front desk for housekeeping and they never showed i had to go buy supplies to clean the bathroom! I have video.

The house keeper walked right in the room without knocking (apologized) and said this room hasn't been signed off 😑. Also there was a smell in the room that i couldn't get rid of but they were broken and couldn't give me another room

The stay overall was okay, but house keeping takes too long to provide towels. It literally took them 2 hours to bring us clean towels.

No hot water , front desk called x3 times waited 2 hours to shower with almost no water pressure , no hot water next morning with maintenance crew fixing it after calling
