Interior of the Hotel was very clean, room was larger than expected and bed very comfortable. However, when I went to hang up my shirts/pants, there were dirty linens in the closet left by housekeeping from previous guest. Additionally, there was no shampoo and conditioner in the bath/shower area. When I brought the dirty to night clerk, I informed her that I needed shampoo & conditioner for the following evening, she stated it would be communicate to housekeeping that day. When I returned that evening, none was present and I was disappointed and gave up on this staff.............

The hotel has free parking; it is a bit far from China Town; but it is very close to the park; there is a boss shop on the side, you can go to Tao Tao;
The hotel provides breakfast, it is no problem to eat enough;

Smoke smell coming from bathroom vent. Front desk personnel noticed upon arrival then set out to find the source.
I closed the bathroom door off from the rest of the room then left for a few minutes—upon return & after calling about it a second time; the desk personnel came & sprayed a scent neutralizer. Horrible ordeal.

Waited at least 10 mins before someone came to the desk so people could check in. Time was about 2000-2030 and I was second in line. Room was fine and god but breakfast was a joke! It seems like they only put out 1 full tray of all the hot items and that was it, never refilled anything! This is a total let down and by far the worse I've had at a Holiday Inn Express, definitely won't be back here ever! 😠

Upon arrival the front desk clerk was very rude. We checked into our rooms and realized the TV was not working properly. The front desk clerk was contacted and he came up to the room with an even worse attitude and basically said it was nothing he could do. He did not even offer to change rooms not provide me with someone in IT who could assist (if that is an option). I typically don't stay in Holiday Inns and this is why! I have contacted Orbitz which is who I booked with to get some type of resolutions. I hope IHG offers a training program for associates as it relates to customer service because it is VERY much needed for this front desk clerk.

The room wasnt fully set up for me to check in, it was missing a few ammenities. There was someone screaming and cussing in the lobby in the morning, breakfast was terrible.

Not stocked, no coffee or cups. Old furniture, shabby looking. The front desk person knocked on the door whole I was in the bathroom, then came in, he had the wrong room. When I checked in he said my card was declined, just didn’t seem like he was trained well.
