Awful places, cockroaches disgusting - dirty - worst ever experience, and trip did nothing never helped made this vacation horrible. If you need support don’t count on trip.com they are the worst at helping, there very eager to snatch your money !

Room was pretty good for the price. I was expecting a bit of dirty, but overall it was great. The only bad part was that the show pressure was extremely weak and the parking lot was not very secure. Do not park in the back, there were cars with smashed windows and doors.

Good location, very close to the nearby big business district, shopping is very convenient. There is a kitchen stove, refrigerator and microwave oven in the room, which is very suitable for us Chinese. It solves the discomfort and inconvenience of our life. Although the facilities are simple, they are very practical and easy to use. The room is spacious, and the large countertop next to the stove is very good. It is very comfortable to eat , the air conditioner is easy to use. The price/performance ratio is also good. It's the first time to stay in a long-stay hotel, and I feel very good, relaxed and comfortable, more suitable for people like us who are leisurely!

This is the worst place I have ever stayed at. Horrible, nasty, smelly facilities. The staff was as rude as possible including the manager. We had to wait an hour and half before we could go into the room, because the room was not ready. One of the two elevators did not go to the 3rd floor where our room was, so we had to get off on the 2nd floor and get on the other elevator to take us to our floor. Apparently the staff uses the area near the elevators as areas to leave trash. At the end we did not cancel our reservation because apparently all of the hotels near by where booked and it was only for one night. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone not even my worst enemy.

then rooms was ok, room size are goods but the towels sheet carpet and other things were dirty
The house keeping came only once x week ( and we needed to ask and push to clean ) when was expected to get daily service

Diamond and Robert r the bestest staffs, they r the sweetest n most understanding! Who reports to work on a Friday on a holiday week earlier than usual to listen to my needs. It’s Robert n diamond! Really appreciate their service n gg the extra mile making a difference in our stay. Lots of love to them both!
Rooms r currently gg through major renovation, stay tune for better stay experience.
