Quality Inn Houston East I-10

My job placed me in this hotel while my truck was in the shop down the street, which made it super convenient for me. I’ve stayed here 4 nights in a row & i was able to request the same room every night .. i overheard people talking about“roaches” but me personally i didnt see any in my room ! But then again you get what you pay for ‍♀️ the rooms are literally going for $55 a night lol Won’t say it’s the best but definitely not the worst. My tv is big & there is cable , my blankets were absolutely clean no stains, my AC was super cold & the shower water was hot . What else can you really ask for ? But again NO ROACHES in my room on the 4th floor

Great service from front desk and maids, clean rooms with pull out beds, big restrooms, non smoking facility, they make sure your stay is comfortable and all your needs are fulfilled, living lavish in this 5 star motel !!!!! Breakfast was nice!

This is the worse hotel experience I've ever had.. This is place is dirty and unkept ,. There are strangers ( non hotel guest) constantly walking around the hotel and property at all times of the day and night.. I believe there to be a lot of sex work going on at this hotel ... despite being told otherwise the hotel never lock the doors requiring a key to get in ... at one point me and my family came down to the lobby while both of out room were being cleaned, while sitting in the lobby , i attempted to use the lobby restroom when n guy leaving the restroom begin to make remarks to me and eyeballed me constantly, keep in mind i had said nothing to the guy at this point , the guy walked down the hallway constantly locking eyes on me and gesturing that he had a gun ,, i did my best to keep his attention on me as i knew my family were still sitting in the lobby,, thank god i he finally walked out the front door , i immediately told my family to go back upstairs so that we could leave although i feared he was still around , i came back from my family house who we were in down visiting for a wedding , and immediately check out early because i was afraid for my life... i tried to contact Houston PD and tell the front desk attendant who said he'd look at the camera but nothing was done or communicated to me about it .... this place is horrible!! don't let the seemingly fresh paint on the pictures fool you as they did me , go anywhere else !!!
