Overall, it's not bad. The room is quite big with a sofa. Although the equipment is not very new, the cleaning is quite clean. There is an outdoor swimming pool downstairs, which is okay and the children are very happy. I think the price and location are really good. It was during our stay that they said that there was a power outage in Houston, so the elevator could not be used and we had to carry our luggage by ourselves. I feel quite satisfied. Ctrip is really good, and you can use the reservation program very well abroad. If you want to give Ctrip a big thumbs up, it's very easy to book and check in directly.

The lobby was beautiful. We received our room and decided to inspect the sheets before unloading our luggage and there was hair and blood on the sheets
Moved to a room on the third floor where we had to run in and leave because we where running late for the party we where in town for to come back at 1am and find a broken door jam. Broken lock the tv did not work and worst of all roaches in the bathroom and in the kitchen area.
It was too late to move rooms again and where told when we moved the first time there whre no other rooms available if that one did not work out.
Talked to the front desk lady and was told they where sorry for the inconvenience but due to having booked theough a third party there was nothing they could do to resolve this issue.

The only issue at all was their little shop was very low on supplies. We were hoping for an evening snack. My husband did get some popcorn to pop in our room. Their breakfast was only fair.

The rooms are small, they have a kitchen and it cannot be used because there is no table with two chairs to have breakfast.
They DO NOT do daily cleaning, they DO NOT change the sheets during the stay, they are a disaster.
The people at the reception are rude and did nothing to make our short stay comfortable.

This property has improved greatly from previous visits. Cleaner, someone manning the front desk. More towels available extra toilet tissue. Everything better organized. The room smelled great always. The staff could be friendlier but at least they were around to help if needed.

The property was pretty decent. The only issue I had, which is why I only gave it four stars is the windows have only sheer curtains, which means all the light from outside comes into the room, including the bright nighttime street lamps, so I had a hard time sleeping..

We could not use sofa bed as it was too dirty from inside so we folded that back. Breakfast was just ok, one or two items can be added.

The attendant on duty (Zee) was very nice,accommodating and friendly. I would stay again just because of her helpfulness
