I had a reservation at this property & needed to check in early so i called the property and spoke to ms flowers & explained my problem to her she was very understanding & very helpful with the information she gave me Thanks you a lot

The hotel says they have coffee available but they don't. When i asked the woman who claimed to be the manager the manager and who wasn't wearing a mask said oh that's a covid thing. Also, the desk in the room was falling apart. I asked her for her name and she refused to give it and of course wasn't wearing a name tag. Given her attitude I understand why she prefers to be unknown

Jevetta is beyond Amazing she’s very helpful and considerate.... she made my time here in Houston very enjoyable and tolerable because the traffic is something else lol but I will more than happy to come here again

Great customer service, very nice & friendly, made my stay more comfortable! The rooms where clean and sanitized, also fresh towels and sheets where available upon request! Thanks for the great hospitality!! Will return next time in Houston.

Fully equipped with Wifi service, comfy plush mattress, and large bathroom space. Mr. Harris completely meet my expectations. With no vacancy made it possible for a new booking and informed me about the weekly rates while finalizing my booking for Westchase District-BBQ eateries, and international cuisines within walking distance from the hotel. During my vacay weekend stay the staff are well informed, professional delightfully cordial. Lastly, Xfinity provided networks, pet friendly including multiple entrances space for parking. Onsite security, located inside the loop, easy access to several US highways. Ideal for the rates. "I've already booked my second week" Thanks Mr Harris
