Did not like the reception being on the 3rd floor.
Valet parking was cheap at $29 per night but we found out it was free parking on weekends on nearby streets.
(Continental) Breakfast was good and plentiful.

The overall stay was a good and relaxing and the staff were nice. However if you like taking HOT showers then steer clear! We were lucky if we even got a lukewarm shower! It was absolutely miserable!
Also, please note that the Hyatt Place and Hyatt Regency are right next to each other. Don’t make the mistake we did by booking at this location if you are expecting the amenities at Hyatt Regency.

This hotel is located in a walkable area close to restaurants (fine dining and fast food), Ubers were cheap to other areas like midtown and downtown, and great shopping options. The staff is very nice and receptive. Definitely our spot each time we visit!

The room was always clean and well organized each day by staff. The woman at the front desk during check in was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. Bathroom was extremely modern and the area around the hotel was very safe and had an abundance of dining options.

Accommodates our family well in nice rooms. Breakfast was excellent. The homeless man smoking in the hallway on a keycard restricted floor late at night was not what we have to come to anticipate in a Hyatt Place property. Staff dealt with the situation quickly but it created a less than desirable lodging experience.

My experience was vey bad from the beginning. I didn’t receive a confirmation reservation, so I had to call the hotel to confirm on the same day. The lady at the reception was extremely rude and unresponsive, the reception when she was in charge was unresponsive (I called several times to the reception and no answer) the parking is charged separate, and the amount is outrageous. The hotel is nice but the customer service and service overall is horrible.

Initially had trouble navigating the parking; no clear signs or directions about where to park. The staff were very helpful, courteous, and understanding.
