Undelivered promise
The ac was so noisy that we were unable to sleep. The black out curtains did not work, allowing sun to come in first thing in the morning and when promised food at a certain time upon returning to the room, were refused service because the kitchen was clean. (We were promised a time and mad e sure we were there within the given time frame)

The property was clean and well situated. Discovery Green is walking distance and the staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was that people were outside yelling and cackling up until about 2am. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay. We will return and maybe get a room in the back now. The city view that we paid for wasn't worth the noise.

Our stay overall was great. Much space for my family. 3 kids 2 adults. Some items in the hotel are a little outdated. Room was clean, wall behind restroom “sliding door” was scraped and marked up. Needing repainting probably. Overall nice hotel. Very close to Astros field.

We were able to leave our bags early to go to the Astros game. Was close and an easy walk. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Quick trip….valuable
Great hotel, not a lot of seating for breakfast and no one refilled breakfast items when they were empty (coffee, beverages). Valet was overpriced considering we could see the car from the hotel. Valet was $59.00 self parking was $20.00, no advertisement for self parking.

It had a very strong urine smell outside the hotel area. It had several homeless people which made me feel unsafe,
