Easy check in / out Lazy River / pool was 10/10 Excellent rooms, comfort and cleanliness

The service was good just the valt parking service, they take 1 hour to give me my car. I almost lost my doctor appointment for that.

Most of the staff were nice but the young guys working by the pool were not. They gave our kids a hard time about bringing their drinks in from the club but then allowed other people in without issue.

This hotel was AMAZING. The staff for valet parking was exceptional. Everyone that worked there was pleasant and helpful. The rooftop pool was amazing as well. I would stay here every single time.

Wonderful high end property- lots of dining options great lounge and very spacious fun pool area. Knowledgeable, attentive staff - well organized and run property.

We had a mix of positive and negative experiences during our stay. The check-in staff was wonderful—very kind and welcoming—and even surprised my son with a birthday treat, which we truly appreciated. However, our experience at the pool was very disappointing. As a family, we frequently travel with our autistic son and share our experiences to help other families feel more comfortable traveling, as it can be challenging. Unfortunately, a staff member handled a situation with our child in a way that lacked patience and understanding. Our child needed a moment to regulate, but the situation escalated quickly, and inappropriate comments were made that were upsetting and unprofessional. Additionally, an item that was taken by staff for safekeeping was not handled appropriately, which added to the situation. We understand that staff have rules to enforce, but interactions with children—especially those with additional needs—should be handled with care, empathy, and professionalism. We hope this feedback helps improve future experiences for other families.
