The lobby was beautiful. We received our room and decided to inspect the sheets before unloading our luggage and there was hair and blood on the sheets
Moved to a room on the third floor where we had to run in and leave because we where running late for the party we where in town for to come back at 1am and find a broken door jam. Broken lock the tv did not work and worst of all roaches in the bathroom and in the kitchen area.
It was too late to move rooms again and where told when we moved the first time there whre no other rooms available if that one did not work out.
Talked to the front desk lady and was told they where sorry for the inconvenience but due to having booked theough a third party there was nothing they could do to resolve this issue.

We booked our hotel online, it was supposed to be smoking, paid extra to smoke in it, and it was smoking when we got there and we were only given 2 towels for 4 people and then got mad when we asked for 2 more

Room was dirty, stove didnt work so they provided a rusted hot plate, kitchen faucet handle was broken, broken outlet cover cut me, ceiling in bathroom split, bathroom door was warped from water damage, por shower water pressure...etc

As soon as we opened the door to our room the strong stale cigarette odor kept us from even being able to enter the room! Went back to the office and were immediately given a different room, no problem. The room was basic but very clean and comfortable.

The owners are aren’t honest with the pricing and online prices they tried to charge me $70 for a smaller room after booking a week on this app. I don’t recommend going there , the old man that owns it was haressing me and I would see him watching everything I did for a week , he came up yelling 2x without reason .. there’s no breakfast or kitchen rooms they will try to up charge you the pics on this app are fake …

The rooms are in good shape and clean , the owner is weird , he follows you around or watches you on cameras , he wouldnt allow us to extend another night because i smoked a cigarette in the parking lot while he had over 20 family members there taking up all the parking . He came to my car and told me to smoke at starbucks . I had a non smokin room and there is smoke post on the floor levels .

I had reserved (& paid for) a handicap room but when I got to hotel I was told all the handicap rooms were taken. The manager was very nice and apologetic - he upgraded my room at no additional charge! The room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable with a selection of 4 pillows on each bed. The room also had a nice kitchenette - I would have liked to stay longer than just the one night!

We stay weekly and sometimes you get a good bed, sometimes you don't. Sometimes you get a good ac, sometimes you don't.
But overall, good price.

Absolutely nothing fancy but clean, well maintained, and all the necessities and then some. Didn't expect the whole mini-kitchen, that's a nice touch. Great budget hotel.
