Cigarette burns on the bedding, what I can only assume was left over ***** on the bathroom counter, no crossbar on door, no continental breakfast, bums camping in the parking lot. Overall not satisfied with the stay, the rooms should have been far better for the price

The area around the hotel isnt the best, and the hotel told us that. Cant really hide it. BUT...the owners and staff of the hotel were the BEST. I cant say enough about how friendly and willing to help out they were. Price and secure parking were great as well. Location was good, right by the 45 freeway and plenty of restaurants in the area.

The guy behind the counter was friendly but I really couldn't understand anything he said. I like the fact the place is gated but you have to park your car and get out swipe card and run back to your car fast before gate closes on you. I also didn't have heat any heat whatsoever.

Hotel was nice, clean room, gated parking was very nice. Front desk clerk had an attitude problem. Area was full of homeless people walking around asking for money.

Gated parking definitely separates them from the pack. I was actually hauling a motorcycle trailer so it was a extremely comforting to know only guests would be able to venture in to the parking lot. Room was great for the price. Not much more you can ask for!
