When we arrived after 4 pm our room was not ready. They accommodated us with a cup of freshly made coffee and after 5 we were able to check in and they upgraded our room for our inconvenience

Hotel was clean and our room was clean with a very comfortable bed will stay here again

We stayed in a two room sweet and it was very nice. Everything was clean and well maintained. Breakfast options were good. Hotel was close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. It was right across the street from NRG stadium and a quick drive to the Toyota center.

Stayed Sunday night. Check in was okay but come Monday morning woke up at 8:30 went to the front desk to get towels was told they would be at the room by 9. 9:10 comes around call the front desk was told they didn’t have any towels and she would get some once house cleaning came.9:45 comes around nothing still. Call again and was told they still didn’t have any towels. At this point it’s just 10am and check out is 11 I finally went back up the desk and was inquiring about towels again. The girl told me that they still didn’t have towels. The couple behind me were saying the same thing about how a hotel doesn’t have any towels. Thinking you’re a hotel you should have towels to accommodate your guest. They told me they will get me towels sent to my room once they get them and I will get a discount on my room. Funny thing is towels magically appeared 20 minutes later. First time staying at this hotel and I couldn’t get a towel after asking for 2.5 hours.

No pillows or sheets for the second bed. Two towels for four people. When we asked housekeeping for pillows and sheets we were told there aren’t anymore. Went to the front desk for help, they gave us two towels and a flat sheet. Ended up going to Target for what we needed. This was our last stay at Staybridge.

I couldn't sleep because of the noise from outside and the music from the entrance. I asked them to lower the volume of the music, but they wouldn't listen to me at all.

The mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable and so were the pillows. There was very little water pressure from the bathroom sink.
