Very comfy stay overall. In the tower the whole building made random squeaking noises which were annoying but over all very nice hotel.

Love this hotel- can get too busy at times I love this hotel, and will give it another shot. They can be overwhelmed during wedding season. Maybe too many events happening at the same time in the Saturday I arrived- two weddings and an art exhibit/concert. Super lovely, but my room was over an hour and a half late getting ready; and I had to really plead to get in at that time. And things a pricey hotel. Everything else about this hotel is great, and usually spot on- maybe just caught them at a bad time.
