room could have been cleaner. bed sheets were dirty, was itchy all night. another shower in the morning stopped the itch. would not recommend.

This property advertises on their website, and through *******, that they provide complimentary breakfast and that there is coffee and juice in the lobby. There is NO breakfast and there is NO coffee. The manager rudely barked at me when I asked about it during my stay. I would not have chosen this property had I known beforehand.

Big yellow stain in middle of fitted sheet
Bathroom floor had several drops of something missed when cleaned - floor and tub felt sticky -staff was notified the next morning and nothing happened.
Room and hotel are too close to I-45 - too loud.
Exterior lights off when I arrived and I missed it. Had to circle around the block and try again.
Next day - owner/mgr did remedy the sheet and TV problem - he was out of town on vacation

it was great , clean and comfortable. I had a smoking room and it did NOT stink nor have burn holes . Towels were clean , sheets were clean Will stay again and refer friends .
