Fantastic hotel (best beds during our whole trip). Toilets in room... better to have 1 upstairs instead of both downstairs. Leofoo theme park was a huge let-down (half of the attractions closed) and no atmosphere. Best thing was no need to queue for (the sub-par) rides

location wise is abit too far with no nearby shops. resort has only 1 snall eatery opposite the check-in/check-out counter and 1 big eatery on the 2nd level primary for buffet area. price wise it is too expensive but i guess it is to maintain the resort and the animals so i would recommend to stay only 1 night and cram the free activities together if u want and the attached tickets to the theme park. If u want to pay for additional activities like seeing tigers or lions or feeding certain animals the prices are also very expensive so not that worth it. food wise breakfadt buffet is included but not lunch and dinner. please take note. so got to pay again for those 2 meal times. free shuttle bus from the resort to the theme park. remember to take a Q number from the counter first.

Very nice hotel surrounded by cute animals. A treat for the kids. The facilities are a bit old but very clean and with really good hot water pressure which makes for a very satisfying shower. Only complaint is the food is so-so.

I stayed in December 2024, and the weather was cold. Unfortunately, the room felt cold as there was no heater provided. Slippers should have been offered, as the uncarpeted floor was quite chilly. I wanted to have dinner at the hotel, but the only restaurant was fully booked, and they only allowed takeaways. Other than that, the room and service were excellent.

is a good place for family with kiss, overall is good just the food not, if got others choices better choose eat others place. the price not cheap but low quality of food is a bit upset.

The staffs is very friendly n helpful. It’s has a lot of activities that can participate but need to prebook for the slots which I miss out the animal feeding. Kids really enjoy. It come with free breakfast and dinner which e portion given was very generous! The hotel do provide basic amenities like shampoo and shower gel, water and some small cookies and tea bags BUT Toothbrush/toothpaste, slipper, shower cap etc they charge for it. But overall will still visit again. 👍🏻

Hotel is old, requires refurbishment and renovation. Not worth it for the price. Location is inconvenient and not recommended to stay more than 1 night.

Hotel stay was okay but no much food nearby and its very cold when the wind blows. It may have the smell of the animals in the room but it was a good experience!

It’s a great stay for children:) kids are so happy to see the animals.

Amazing safari resort. Awesome animal experiences in the resort - especially with capybaras and meerkats. Close proximity to theme park. Amazing safari experience rides in the theme park. Located far from other amenities. Food in the resort is basic, have to travel out for more variety of food. Resort receptionists are very helpful in answering queries and assisting to arrange for transport. A memorable experience. Highly recommended for families with children and also young-at-heart. Please request for ground level rooms for mobility-impaired as level 2 rooms are only accessible by stairs.

Baby friendly and very impressive hotel

The most amazing part is the rooms surround a zoo-like area. But the animals we were able to see were flamingos and zebras. No other bigger animals. Rooms are clean but lack basic amenities. No slippers or toothbrushes. Or room had 3 beds though. Probably suits two families.

It’s a nice place for children and a good experience, something we can’t get in Singapore :) it’s a self contained resort and far from other locations like night markets, etc.

The buffet food very good variety and tasty!!!  However, if you stay at level 2, there're no lift for you. Not convenience if you have a lot of luggage and elderly. No giraffe.. 1 or 2 Zebra will be out in the morning.
