The Lapa has a quite unique location, right next to the new BluPort mall. Free parking in front of the hotel. The rooms are amazing, murals on the walls, brightly coloured tiles in the very modern bathroom. Showers tall with lots of space. Very comfortable beds, fridge and safe deposit box in the room. A kettle with coffee and tea provided. It's a really cozy room, with a sitting area at the window. Very clean and freshly painted. Breakfast was good, nice extra is freshly blended fruit juice, which you can chose at a little stall. This is a pet friendly hotel, so we met people travelling with their cats and a couple who brought 2 Yorkshire terriers. Unfortunately they yapped for while whilst the owners went for dinner, but all quiet at night 😊 A really nice place to stay, if you have a car it's not far from the beach or the Cicada Market.

The breakfast here was excellent with a wide variety of selections of decent quality and a fresh juice station. The butlers were nice and friendly. Plenty of amenities were available. However even at what appears to be half occupancy rate at the property, there were noisy and littering guests around the relatively small property. The breakfast restaurant also got quite busy at 9am. The villas themselves are relatively well maintained, but there were rusty vent covers in the restrooms. The rooms were spacious but they offered no view. Bedrooms either had no windows or they faced walls about 6 feet away. Dinner service was slightly intrusive as we were asked 3 separate times how our dinner went. Our dishes were hastily collected and were asked to help pass finished dishes even though we've already asked for the check. The staff were nice and the breakfast was good but overall we didn't think the stay matched their ask and the experience they intended to provide. There are other luxury properties in the area provide oceanview villas and better services for the same or less. The management needs to charge less, or get rid of the glaring shortcomings.

Great family room. Spacious, clean and comfy. Breakfast was amazing. So much choice. The complimentary tokens to use in exchange for food at the water park was an added bonus. Really loved the sky bar too. A great stay! Photo is from the sky bar.

It's just chaotic out there. You can see that there is hardly care about the items there. The water in the pool has been milk When you go into the reception, it won't be better. The lady at the reception has only ignored us and a private conversation about the mobile phone and has made her a little more makeup. When we could check in, she was unfriendly and just once handled us fast and. seemed annoying. The room was not arrived better also about the rooms was not really cared about, it is old dirty and in the bathroom water came down from the toilet. The hotel is thrown so it is close to everyone but it is probably in the eye of the viewer. about 10km from all. We then cancelled the hotel directly, the woman at the reception has made contact with the manager who was very friendly. We had to pay one night.

The hotel is nice , beds super comfortable with comfy pillows, ac works well , hot water on demand breakfast was really good , Only down side is wifi does not work well , and you have to have transportation, not close to anything in town , if they had free shuttle service a few times a day this would have been a 5 star hotel , the pool is nice as well not big but does the trick , there is massage place down stairs and the women that own gives amazing massages , there is nail place as well and the owner does a nice job but she is very slow , there is a coin laundry as well with lots of machines and 1 dryer , that was super handy , there are restaurants near by that you can walk to , we found a place called mammas which on Friday nights has a Europe buffet the food was really good and the cost was200 bhat per person well worth it , overall this hotel needs to improve there wifi , and offer free shuttle service and you have a 5 star hotel , Enjoy

Has been written to the hotel to inform that we'll celebrate our 28-year anniversary, but nothing it's happen to wow us upon check-in. Maybe Dusit Thani Hua Hin doesn't practice how to wow the guest to make the stay more memorable. Check-in was efficient with the friendly front staff, and thanks to the manager for her flexibility to let us have a late check out. Decent room size and facing the pool and beach view. Big landscape with a beautiful pool and beach, suitable for families or couples with a romantic night. Breakfast is superb, pretty much choice and food is tasty, comfortable ambience to enjoy the morning breakfast with a good start of the day. In room dining food is also tasty with reasonable prices. Not but not least, all staff are just amazing with excellent service from the front desk, housekeeping, room service, and the bell team, especially bellman khun X. He is superb, always assisted me during my stay. Never regret choosing Dusit Thani for this stay.

Our recent stay at Sheraton Resort and Spa Huahin was absolutely exceptional. We checked in on July 24 and stayed for three nights and four days. The entire experience was smooth and amazing, as it always is when we visit. The outstanding service we received ensured that we will make this an annual sister trip. Every department, from the bell boys who collected our bags to the front desk staff who facilitated check-in and check-out, was incredibly helpful. In particular, K. Orijin demonstrated great kindness and a service-oriented mindset. During our stay, only one restaurant, Luna Lanai, was open on weekdays. However, all three of our meals - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - were enjoyed there, and the food and beverage team never failed to impress. They were incredibly accommodating, even going so far as to ask the chef to prepare meals not on the menu based on our preferences. We would like to extend our gratitude to the entire F&B team for taking such good care of us and making us feel like royalty. It is because of their dedication and exceptional service that we have decided to make this an annual tradition, spending our sisters' trip at this beautiful hotel. A special thank you goes to Chef A, Sunee, Oh, Dom, Noom, and the SV team consisting of Surat, Alex, Manfa, Yodsanon, and Bam. Each of them played a significant role in making our meals outstanding. Our stay was made even more memorable as we were able to celebrate my sister's birthday and anniversary simultaneously. This hotel is not exactly smack in the middle of Cha-am nor Hua Hin. However, it is a true retreat by itself. Like an oasis that pops in the middle of the rural landscape just north of Cha-am, the weekend here was a bustle of activities. Very popular with families with kids. There were so many kids here filling up the main and kids’ pool on Saturday. As the weekend ended, on the late afternoon of Sunday and a good half of Monday, the resort turned peaceful. Finally, there was more water then Children. The kiddy pool has a large air-filled dome sprouting water sky high. Both kids and adults were having fun climbing up and sliding down the feature. In the main pool, they have a permanent floating obstacle course called a Wibit. It was enjoyable watching people, including children, crash and fall into the water as they attempted to complete the course. So Sofitel Hua Hin is just filled to the brim with amenities. They have a kids’ club, a mini golf full of mythical figurines and a cycling track. One can ride their complementary bicycle, or have children rent their mini mopeds, scooters and other toy-ish vehicles. They have a games room (but it was hot), a mini tennis court and a bigger one that doubles as a basketball court. 4 pools in total on this land parcel perpendicular to the sea. The one near the beachfront has a jacuzzi, and there is yet another one in front of the gym. A beach restaurant fringes the not so friendly ocean. The sea was rough and murky. The water came up the break wall that prevents the garden from spilling into the sea. There is a mini sand beach with a few deck chairs, but it wasn’t much of a beach. Breakfast and dinner, we had them in their main restaurant called White Oven. It was really an oven, the air-conditioning needs some work. Otherwise it was pleasing to sit outdoors in the light morning breeze. The breakfast was extensive, a good wide mix of local and western dishes. Moo Ping (pork satays morning version) was superbly tasty and tender. The gravy for Kanom Jin (Thai rice noodle) was of a good rich density. There was also ice cream served in the buffet. However, the chicken rice was off, and their Pla Tong Kor (dough fritters) was a failure in texture and in taste. For the two mornings I had them, I do not know if it was just me, they had a strong hint of something medical. The room we had was So Family that has two bunk beds tucked into the side behind the master bed. The room was a whopping 60 square meters and was intensely decorated. If you live in a condominium, you will wish your studio is as trendy as this. The bathroom is massive. I love the floor to ceiling shower best. They have push buttons to turn on the water. There is one that produce moderate rain, another for heavy rain, and I was looking for the third that produce hurricane. It is not available. Everywhere in the room, there are mini statues of rabbits. One is beside the loo looking at me doing my business. When my daughter was taking too l
